Industrial-24 Rebuilding Efforts are increased, aiming to return the Industrial District to an operational level within a manageable and reasonable time.
Restart on Industrial Efforts in the District to begin production again, in order to appease both companies and the state, as it will start receiving goods again
Focus on rebuilding and staffing Stores, Supermarkets and all Citizen-Ran Activities in the Industrial-24 District, something that the civilian populous has expressed interest in
Deprioritization of CWU, encouragement of modelized private industry, relegating resources from CWU to infrastructure reconstruction, essential production, state-manufacturing, having the CWU become a “Skeleton”, allowing for Corporations to be born as the “Muscles and Tendons”, whilst they are held upright and supported by the "Skeleton", in this case, the CWU.

Manifesto Introduction:
Our Region stands at a Crossroads, for too long has the promise of prosperity been weakened by stagnation and ruin in this Industrial District, and this is nowhere clearer than in Industrial-24, who once was the engine and beacon of Industry and Innovation, now turned into a symbol of Neglect.
Today, our factories lay silent, our streets lay destroyed, and our homes lay abandoned, and its promise unfulfilled… But we will not accept this decline as our Destiny.
Our mission is to rebuild this great District — Brick by brick, idea by idea, street by street if necessary, so that it may once again return into the light, so that it may become a place of opportunity, resilience and prosperity!
Together, by rebuilding the foundations of this District, rebuilding its Factories and Industries, we will return Stability to the Region, and ensure that we are remembered for our greatness, but also, For our REBIRTH.
Our Beliefs and Commitments:
We believe that first and foremost, Reindustrializing Industrial-24 is Paramount, and to modernize it with advanced technologies, sustainable Infrastructure and company-backed investments, so that it may thrive once again, giving opportunity to all sorts of businesses to be created, or take a foot-hold in this beloved Industrial District.
Secondly - in order to aid and moralize the Civilian Populus with helping with the Reindustrialization and Reconstruction of the Industrial District, we plan on Establishing an Official Salary Programme through the usage of the Salary System, as we believe it would motivate and inspire Workers.
Thirdly - We wish to deprioritize the Civil Workers' Union involvement with some of the Works in the City, other than primary and emergency state-mandated repairs and maintaining of certain infrastructure (factories, residential areas, etc..), effectively rendering the C.W.U. the “Skeleton” that supports the Companies that wish to establish within the Industrial District, which would be supported by the “Skeleton” (CWU) and work as its “Muscles and Tendons”.
Fourthly, though still important - We wish to rework the Worker’s Safety Laws to include more Flexible Hours, better pay thanks to the introduction of the Official Salary Programme, which helps pay workers reasonable wages that further motivates them to work harder and more efficiently, and keep the interests and safety of Citizens at heart. This will also include additional funding to the Containment Recovery Unit, in order to boost their eradication of the Infestation that continues to harass everyday life and work-duties.

Social Stability through appeasing the Workers and Citizens that reside in i24 through introduction of O.S.P. and safer and improved Worker’s Safety Laws, introducing better work hours, better pay thanks to O.S.P, and overall better efficiency due to appeasing the Workers and Citizens, motivating them to work more.

Who is Eligible for it: Public Sector Positions, CMU, CRU, CWU, Civil Protection, Administrative Positions
Why is the Job eligible for it: These are all positions required for the District to properly function normally, and hence should be entitled to regular pay-checks for their distinct and necessary contributions to society, but to the stable continual and everyday life that happens within
Industrial-24.
Workers Safety Laws (W.S.L.) Rework Explanation:
We plan to rework the W.S.L. in order to grant more flexibility to the hard-working and dedicated citizens of this district, increasing slightly the Workshifts done within the District, but also allowing Personal/Private Time off job for the citizens, as a reward and dedication for the job they perform everyday within
Industrial-24.
Secondly, we also plan to introduce this alongside the O.S.P. act, which would greatly benefit the everyday life of citizens, as well as its quality, allowing for them to also be more “docile” and loyal to the Combine, as they would be appeased with a steady influx of Credits through the O.S.P. to sustain their everyday life, and have a somewhat “safe” and “caring” job.
