Bug: Containers don't let you reposition items/item disappear glitch

Description: When using containers, you can reposition items on your client but they will revert to their original positions server-side once you re-open the container. This can also cause items to outright disappear; as shown near the end of the clip. This has been tested on: CWU Water Box, CWU Food Box, CWU Infestation Control Cabinet; and is responsible for some hazmat gear that has gone missing. I have had another player ( @Coroneljones ) test this with me and it happened for him as well.

Errors: None

Time: I did my recording at 12:12 pm CST on 18/04/2021 according to the filename; though this has been going on for at least three days.

Probably related to this glitch,

1. grabbed a kitchen knife from a fridge, went to cook something,
2. the hints kept telling me I didnt have a kitchen knife while it was showing in my inventory,
3. turns out the knife sitting on my inventory was some fake duplicate, while the real one was still in the fridge
4. grabbing the leftover one in the fridge and placing it in my inventory again transformed the fake one into the real one, very confusing
