Implemented Convert the Coffee Machine into a workbench like the Ovens

Instead of having to lug around the Coffee Machine in our inventory like a toolkit, scissors or similar tools I merely propose making it a workbench like object where you can set it up, bolt it down to wherever you placed it so it works more akin to an oven alongside removing it's durability costs so it doesn't have to be replaced every twenty four uses.
