Fixed Cooking Pot Bug

1. Bug: Can't place another cooking pot on the stove after using the previous pot's last slot of durability while it was placed on top of the stove.
2. Description: When you place a pot on the stove that has less than one durability slot left and use it, the pot will break, but the stove will still give you a prompt that there is already a pot on the stove if you try to place another, even though there isn't one, e.g. when trying to filtrate water on the last durability slot, the pot will break, but it will still emit the sound effects of said action that play repeatedly. I've had to ask an Admin to spawn me another stove to fix this issue.
