Optimates, more particularly an advocate of a Compatibilist Philosophy of his own devising centered on all preceding civilization manifesting activities being precursors to the species' ultimate compatibility with Benefactorial vision.

Law. Order. Structure. It is upon these core aims all pro-social activities are derived. Anarchists are more than merely anti-Benefactor, but anti-human to the very core. For the death of the super organism of society will inevitably lead to the death of the organism which once made it up.

The inferior intellects populating the slums about the wondrous cities of the world are only tolerable insofar as they are utilizable, either as cast and crew, or merely extras.

Why should you be a councillor?:​

Purely from an OOC/V2 era performance aspect I have put a great deal of distinctive and well respected effort engaging seriously with the political side of Willard Networks from 2024 all the way to V2's conclusion.

ICly, the cultivation and maintenance of a Combine enabling corporate media landscape will no doubt require a direct line to the powers that be. More specifically I plan to pen a variety of legislation to help cultivate this early occupation media environment.

Functionally within the world itself; I have been imagining Rhodes was a rather well to do European film producer, with ties across much of the old-world's upper crust. On its own this gives him the resources need be in the transitional state to aim for such power.

Furthermore, his vehemently pro-science leanings have metastasized into an exceedingly willing subjugation to the new masters of mankind. Rhode's loyalty is not so much a question of if, but rather how effectively he is able to apply the Benefactor's will upon the Earth.

Finally, his charismatic presence and austere manner of speech have successfully endeared him to a great number of loyalists amid the city, not in the least of which because he is prone to covering dinner at some of the fancier restaurants in the city.
