Salvatore 'Bull' Brinetti
Councilor
Salvatore Brinetti. Born in Nineteen Sixty-Eight, to two parents of patrician birth in the City of Florence, Italy. Having a decent upbringing due to his parents' comfortable wealth and standing within the city, Brinetti attended Liceo Classico Galileo, where he developed an interest in history, politics, and the law. Upon graduating, he attended the University of Florence, studying Political Science before continuing his education at the University of Bologna School of Law, earning a law degree focused on constitutional and international law. During his years in university, Brinetti witnessed political unrest, violent demonstrations, organized crime, and acts of terrorism carried out by extremist groups across Italy respect for authority, the rule of law, and public order. These experiences led him to support conservative politicians and institutions that promoted stability.
Carrying these beliefs with him throughout his life, Brinetti managed to establish himself as a government employee within the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for some time, managing small tasks within European embassies and foreign missions around the nation. His work mainly consisted of handling legal documentation, administrative affairs, and coordinating between diplomatic offices. Until the events of Black Mesa and the Combine Takeover of Earth. Salvatore, like many others, Brinetti had to find ways to adapt and find meaning in their new life after the Combine invasion. Leading him back into government work, just under a new, otherworldly management. Salvatore Brinetti is a member of the newly established Optimates Party.
A staunch supporter of the alien regime that has taken over the planet Earth. Brinetti is said to have a simple black and white thinking when it comes to collaboration in this new world, those who are on the side of law and order will aspire to be "in" and rise through the hierarchy by means of toil and labor, versus those who are "out" and simply reject the system and choose to live outside the comfort and security that a strong heigharchy brings.
Described as a stern and perfection driven man, Brinetti is a well educated bueurocrat of the governments of old. No stranger to the bureaucratic mess of a political office, he clearly holds himself high with the facade of confidence that any career politician walks with. Often characterised as a towering man in figure, with a tailored frame accentuated by the suit of a statesman, he brings the practiced composure of a man accustomed to the scrutiny of office. If physiognomy could describe Benetti, it would be of a tall ship sailing the ocean. With a deck of gunports, always with a quiet sense of authority that follows wherever he goes.

I Want Things to Be Beautiful
Classism & Conservatism. Those two C's are what The Optimates are, although their opponents call them a different C-word. Sometimes known as The Conservatives, The Optimates will push through order in The Assembly. They will aim to get their people in, and grant privileges to those they deem friends, or simply those of higher status. The poor will be fed, only as much as is needed to extract value from them. The homeless will be sheltered if they contribute to the workplace, of course.
Brinetti, A firm believer in the established loyalty system, and the privileges that come with those ranks. If one wishes to obtain comfort and security in this post apocalyptic world, then submission to authority is mandatory. The fable behind the fasces axe, the symbol of the party states that while a single, thin rod can be easily snapped, binding many rods tightly together makes them unbreakable. This signified that a united populace under the combine authorities' rule is invincible. Through his conservative worldview, Brinetti views hierarchy as a necessary foundation for civilization. He believes that every individual had a role within society, and that those who followed the established system would be rewarded with greater status and privileges. Those who rejected authority, however, were viewed by him as threats to stability.
Ideology involving ideas of brotherhood or fraternitas is central to the core beliefs of this representative. With labor and union, the people of this city will be able to achieve goals never possible with unbounded rule, those who wish to build something greater for themselves will find unity in fraternitas with their fellow citizen. The declination of brotherhood places one outside the status quo and the comforts and security that are provided, marking those who reject it as unwilling to share in the burdens and prosperity of the collective. Putting rejectors in league with the insurgent against the state. To stand apart from fraternitas is not merely to oppose an ideal, but to stand in quiet defiance of the order that binds this city together.

I should be a councillor because of my quality of storybuilding and narrative work when it comes to characters. I have been a part of other conservative wing loyalist parties that have similar ideals when it comes to a lot of the same topics in city politics. To mention a few political and economic boards I have been a part of in character could include the Metadynamist, and NXCESV Combat Arteria, a political paramilitary as a political officer, CSF jr faction leadership, and Civil Protection of course, I have also been a part of larger economic political roleplays such as the Sector Economic Forum. I have also participated in smaller parts in main server loyalist political events through the sec con and its binders, just to name a few of the larger roles that I have played.
I think that this is a cool loyalist narrative for version three, and I would love the opportunity to add my bit into the mix and see what I can create and bring to not just my side of the political aisle but the upper echelon of the city as a whole. And see where the loyalist section takes it this time around on a clean slate with new people for the most part in a new system.
