As we have all heard Robert announced that Romance-RP is now allowed in half-life RP (i mean was always allowed was more of a reminder)
I'm now asking the community what they think about CP marriage?

Technically already a thing.

I haven't allowed ROmance RP since it was already allowed. Like I assume everyone forgot that the Civil Partnership program exists? Never got removed and is still around for both citizens and Civil Protection. Was never moved away from that. Just no one has actually bothered using the system yet nor has anyone actually dated another civ character yet. So uh... guess no one wants to do it or something?

There was a whole page about Civil Partnerships somewhere... but must've been buried since the people who were interested in the idea I think left or forgot about it.

Okay.

The page on Civil Partnerships is missing and not on forums anymore. Now that makes sense. The only reference to Partnerships is the loyalty framework...

Guess I will now write a whole page about it again to let people know that it does in fact exist and give the rundown of how it works. Though will need to speak with @Lord Beckett as well for the idea since CCA is involved when it comes to initiating/allowing partnerships via loyalty.

what about vorts

No clue atm. Can speak with vort leads about it though I don't think Biotics would bother, considering how low they are in the societal hierarchy who can't even obtain loyalty and live most of their lives as slaves, being pushed around by the Combine and sweeping floors. So really hard to say on that front as of right now.

Though I think Vorts need a bit more discussing anyway since BIOTICs are not able to get as much RP in atm as other factions. They feel a bit restricted so need to help em out a bit.

NON-MECHANICAL REPRODUCTION SIMULATION | 100 STC | RANK-LEADER
In order to procure this reward procedure, the Rank Leader must first seek the oversight of an Overseer who will then acknowledge or deny the given redemption of the reward. The following information also needs to be put into perspective:

The relation to the citizen or officer you wish to privately converse with or engage in otherwise sensual actions.
The location and ideological thoughts and provocations of the officer / citizen in relation to the functionary.
The background of the officer / citizen of chosen interest for the simulation.
The conformity of the officer / citizen.

If all previous intentions and information are displayed accordingly and accepted by the Overseer, a predetermined setup of appropriate furniture and room placement. The two individuals will be relocated to the specified socialisation area. After that, the RL may request any type of food rationing he prefers, together with any commodities together with being given experimental drugs to enhance the sensation during the procedure.
Any attempts to commit unauthorised actions within either party will result in terminal prosecution.

After the procedure is done, the rank leader returns to his standard duties and in case their partner was a member of the civic populace, they go through a MMR procedure before being released into the public.

We just kept it in there, though I don't think anyone is actually going to use it considering this is hl2rp and everything is just text... and such acts is forbidden by rules with F2B being its replacement. XD. Would be the worlds most boring RP session.
