Implemented Crafting Crates

I think that the number of craftable storage items is a little too low considering we have many other options that aren't just filing cabinets, so maybe we should try making the small and big wooden crates a craftable item for players.

I'd support this alongside crafting rags into "Rucksacks" or other bag-related storage items, unable to be locked but easily craftable. It'd support poor newer rebels at the cost that they need to really hide their stache for it not to be found.
