Denied Crate Command CWU

Please add Crate commands so we can:

- Delete CWU crates
- Spawn CWU crates
- Rename CWU crates

Additionally maybe also being able to unfreeze them.

To avoid abuse, it should be a Flag but i don't want to call a GM every time just for a box so i can deliver some order.

Considering how heavily dependent the CWU is on GMs sometimes, I think have a dedicated flag for something like this would be great. It saves both GMs and CWUs time by cutting down on minor tickets and the wait for someone to answer them respectively.

Easy idea, add an area specifically in the CWU headquarters where boxes can be spawned and deleted, thus avoiding the 'spawns crate with mind' mechanic.

PET flags already solves this issue... (partially)

More so to prevent abuse than anything else. Not particularly a development issue either.

The CWU leads can make another suggestion if this is indeed an issue in the near future but since this thread I have not seen anything similar.
