Implemented Create a OTA CCC Subforum

There have been significant complaints in regards to the OTA faction recently. The Civil Protection section has one, why does the OTA faction not have one? This would make it easier to quantify and locate all of the current concerns and future concerns for the faction.

Alongside this suggestion, I propose moving all of the existing and OPEN complaints to the section once it has been created.

We have had countless problems with previous OTA leads and yet nowhere to actually see the complaints.

Why do we need a CCC for OTA. They are the exemplars of our community- One that have reviewed the guidelines of the server and their respective faction.

They have no need for a CCC, as they are rarely used unless called for a Judgement Waivers are are comprised of the most trusted players.

OTA did what they were told. Issue falls to the CCA for using them like that.

Back on topic though: Yes, OTA CCC may need to exist in my opinion. Will speak to the leads.
