Name of the Admin you were banned by: Neonity (and i suppose whoever community banned me)
How long is the ban for?: Permanent
The reason you were banned?: "Inciting community discords that you are either going to, or wanting to commit to stealing code from our server for asinine intentions"
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Well this is just purely ridiculous. I have no idea where you thought i wanted to steal wilards code.From the top of my head (i don't remember exactly was said) i recommended seperating short stories from wilards due to the takyon drama. A person responded saying " we don't have a sever funding or addons" and to the last one i THINK i said something along the lines of "it's very easy to just copy and paste every addon off wilards, just look at lite, complete rip off of wilards and impulse" I don't exacvtly know if i explicticly said CODE but even if i did i was talking about addons as i haveno idea how code works or even if it could be ripped. The guy responded with "that's a retarded idea to just rip wilards code" i then finally responded with "but doable :troll:" i think the whole thing was just taken out of context. i never stated that "we should steal all of wilards code that is a great idea" i was using lite as an example for how broken the fair use system on steam is and that addons are not an issue. And to top it all off i responded with "but doable :troll:" i think this is a clear indication that i wasn't being serious with the whole "let's steal wilards code" so...Yeah, i'd like an unban

Hi, I'm the individual that had banned you from the community platforms regarding the Discord. To start with things before they get onto any wrong footing - I take matters of code theft criteria to be a very serious form of misconduct. I will begin to explain a little bit of the server's history, but we've had people explicitly state they've wanted to "steal our community code" - and very much did attempt to do so. This was during a time where we didn't have a server, and when we were in a bit of a pickle.

Now away from that - there's the key difference between the actual server LUA and workshop items. While everyone knows workshop items are practically there to be used by anyone that presses that subscribe button - Let me be clear that actual theft of code threats with the appearance of genuine interest to do so can get you marked for a permanent ban. We often joke and screw around but when it comes to something like this:

I can't ignore it. It's physically my job to protect the interests of the server and community as a whole because, and let me be absolutely clear to you - this does not sound like a joke from multiple dialects, and people had to physically tell you why something like that is a pretty bad idea. This type of thing spreads fast, and I can almost guarantee other people have seen this. You may be angry at this moment in time and that's something I want to address and solve this matter peacefully, but if your intentions are not asinine and are therefore just spewing down crap from the keyboard - bare in mind anywhere else with this being done would get you the same treatment.

I allow consult with the staff in a fair-view of the appeal you have written, despite the rather... aggressive tone it's taken in your post at the beginning. If Spooky and zakke both have to tell you what you're saying out loud and what you're planning is pretty nuts, it probably is. I will also state that while you are supporting our community financially - it doesn't bring immunity to these ordeals just as a preliminary caution to state. Context is everything, and it appeared very serious to me and, quite frankly, a great other amounts of people.

You may reply to this thread, you may speak any further feelings and such on the matter and you will not be ridiculed for it - but please remember that certain actions have consequences and they can get you into trouble.
