Yeah, i was thinking about it, what if trainees stay with the yellow jacket and the actual workers get a grey or blue one? I am suggesting this because me and some supervisors have difficulties at telling apart recruits from members.

It'd be cool, but we'd need someone to make another texture for the jackets. Not really a priority, as I don't know if English-speaking WN has any dedicated modellers/textures (although I'm pretty sure WN7 does).

Anyways, I'd rather have any Apprentices wear green jackets. It makes more sense within the colour scheme we've already defined/have on guides/have on rosters.

It makes no sense for trainees to wear different uniforms. All Workers wear a Worker's jacket. Recruits are still workers, so they wear the jacket of workers. Same with Civil Protection recruits. RCT's don't wear different uniforms, afaik. There just really isn't any reason to do this.

Yeah, but you can tell the difference between a RCT and a CP cause you can see their tag, also they don't have different uniforms because of anonimity, CWU workers always have their face out and don't wear a mask, and you can't tell the difference between a worker and a trainee until you ask them, so to speed things up trainees should have their color change

I'll have to disagree there, Civil Protection Team and CWU are very different factions.

Also, I remember at least a few times explaining my problem to a CWU only to learn that they are just a recruit and can't do anything about it.

So, first of all.

You can't tell the difference between an RCT and a CP because you can't see their tag. Also, it's my belief that individuals employed within the Workers' Union, including those of a trainee rank, should be properly equipped to deal with a myriad of issues. This is an interstellar hegemony, not trade school. On the job training is the best you can hope for, and if you don't know how to do something: you figure it out. Separating 'trainees' into a different category is stupid and it destroys the entire image of the Workers' Union.

Let's go over those two words:

WORKERS' UNION.

It's a COLLECTIVE, a UNIFORM COLLECTIVE of workers. Segregating them into different classes of rank and the like goes against the very fundamentals of the organization and frankly is entirely unnecessary. Personally, I think supervisors having a different uniform is only important because people know who to talk to if they want to get hired. If the CWU refuse to outfit recruits with the required equipment to complete basic tasks, then that is a problem in of itself, and no green uniform will fix it.

I agree with Ruffian there with the reasons stated
