If you die with a cwu char your whitelist gets destroyed, why not just let them make another CWU char in some lower rank like maybe journeyman? or apprentince?

Reminds me of the Nebulous Civil Protection PK Rules. With some rule enforcements I can see it as a well functioning way to not fuck over a CWU char that was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Only faction I'd see this as a viable option is CP/OTA, since they're pretty much obligated to fight and die at some point, and the server needs them. If you die as a CWU, then it's strictly your fault, and even if it isn't, nobody will care for a few CWU workers dying, since it'll be a one-off thing.

Regarding the CWU in particular, if your CWU whitelisted character dies to something outside of your control, which if I may add, is EXTREMELY rare, you may be allowed to create a new character within the whitelist at the mercy of the faction leads. This highly depends on the state of the faction as is, because if the CWU is low on numbers, we may not be able to afford many losses, and have to make exceptions from time to time.

So yes, if you die to means beyond your control, you may be allowed to return on a new character in the whitelist if you speak to faction management. This has only happened a few times in Willard's history though, so don't count on it. Hope to have informed you well enough, Toby. Have a nice rest of your day.
