Fixed Damage bug with biotic

1. Bug: When i hit someone as a biotic i seem to do no damage? (Happened in a s2k)
2. Description: During an s2k that happened, i tried to defend myself, hitting the attacker and in my screen, it showed in the chat that i was doing damage, but in reality he wasn't taken any damage except for one hit that actually got him surprisingly
3. Errors/time:

(Ignore the impulse_Togglethirdperson, thats a bind i have for another server)



The guy that was using the character "Chris Long" was Sync (synccreeps). And he can tell you if needed that he infact only got hit ONCE for around 10 damage or so.

This isn’t a bug with biotics this is just a general bug with melee weapons and weapons in general. Especially if someone is moving as you’re trying to hit them you’ll get fake damage logs a lot of the time

also u deserve it for defending a loyalist as a biotic...
