Ban Details : Daniels has been banned permanently by Fedora. Reason: Rule 0 banning: Constant Toxicity to staff members of Willard - treating them like servants, Lying to Staff - Backpedling which ties into lies, Taking IC into OOC, blantant metagame (cooperating with OOC friends and getting em to lie), Loopholing rules /

Why do you wish to be unbanned?: I am honestly sorry if I offended anyone, I understand staff do their job unpaid and it can be quite stressful without someone constantly criticizing them, I promise to be more patient and not expect much from staff and I won't be rude or condescending. There isn't really much more for me to say since I haven't gotten to see any evidence regarding anything aside of Rule 0 (Which doesn't tie to anything specific), the main reason for the ban was being rude to staff but I wholeheartedly can say I've never raged or went off on a staff member as evidenced by pms in game and discord. And I promise that if I get unbanned I will do my part in limiting brushes with staff members.
I'm willing to delete my most developed character so I start with nothing so I have no supposed ties to metagame and get a fresh start.
Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: I'm sure simply searching messages sent by me on Discord will be enough to prove I'm not constantly toxic, nor ever use bad language.

Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?: Not really aside people I played with.

Hi, I'll be handling your appeal.

Let me make one thing clear; you have a staggering history of being an obnoxious and insufferable person to deal with. The amount of toxicity you have shown towards not only staff in general but others is something we don't tolerate here in our community, not only because it makes you seem like a douche, but also because the general attitude makes others uncomfortable around you.

Besides that, you display a consistent schema of passive aggressiveness and a condescending tone when speaking to others; this is something you should of worked on if you had intended to stick around our or any community, really.

You see, I'm an outside party. I never had to deal with you and this is the first time seeing you, which is also one of the reasons why I'm handling this case, but based off a grand majority of staff opinions and circling back to those who did have to interact with you and reporting nothing good at all, I'm inclined to agree that you're no healthy addition as a player to our community.

You've had your chance, and we're not going to take the risk because of your history of trying to twist situations to suit your needs and failing in attempts to persuade others by abusing their Mandala effect.

Cutting this short, with unanimous approval from Community Management and in direct consensus with those involved in reading over your appeal and giving their input, your appeal is hereby DENIED and your ban will be upped to a global COMMUNITY BAN with no chance of appealing it in the foreseeable future.
