Ban Details : Daniels has been banned permanently by Fedora. Reason: Rule 0 banning: Constant Toxicity to staff members of Willard - treating them like servants, Lying to Staff - Backpedling which ties into lies, Taking IC into OOC, blantant metagame (cooperating with OOC friends and getting em to lie), Loopholing rules /

Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Well I would wish to hear what evidence there is regarding metagame, lying, loop holing and backpedaling. As till now I have done exactly what I was told by the staff team
Regarding toxicity, I would be very surprised if there is any evidence of me ever swearing or saying anything rude to a staff member.
Also I am honestly sorry if I offended anyone, I almost never swear or use harsh language, if you ever had me saying something negative about you it is not personal at all, my criticism of any staff member is simply of how they act as staff members and should not be taken as a means of degradation.
Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: Perhaps if the ban reasons are made more obvious

Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?: Probably but I still don't know for sure what is all of this about.

Hi Daniels,

Here is the full list:
1. Constant toxicity to staff
2. Lying to staff
3. Backpedaling and using more lies to cover his original lies
4. Treating staff like servants then threatening with forums if he doesn't get his way.
5. Taking IC into OOC to get his way.
6. Blatant metagame (cooperating with his OOC friends and getting them to lie for him)
7. Loopholing rules / situations (the "got killed for no reason incident" with Neighborhood Watch but he did the exact same thing himself before).

Okay, can we discuss this one by one then?
Regarding toxicity what did I say that was toxic? I never swear or say things that are offensive or rude (Unlike staff members do)
Not once I was told "Hey you're being mean/rude/toxic can you please stop?" beside the time Leudoberct claims I belittled him by advising him to listen to people before taking actions against them as most people don't lie and that I understand if this comes from lack of experience.

Yo,

As has already been pointed out to you privately the evidence was literally lost. Believe me, I recognise the irony but having seen some of the evidence beforehand, being someone who doesn't know you and who has been uninvolved until this very second. I will be Denying this appeal and suggesting that in future you treat those that volunteer for this role and spend their free time helping you and others like you with just a smidge more respect.


For context an admin may remove a member from the community if they feel their actions are harmful but don't quite fall under a rule break, this is to prevent members from towing the line between what they can and can't do to avoid repercussions through the use of a ban/warn. This decision was made not only by one staff member but was unanimously concluded by a signifant portion of the staff.
