Backstory
Joung was the black sheep in kindergarten in the wealthy districts of Wuhan, with local residents disliking his family's background who were stubborn to stay - Joung got to experience a discriminate growth in his minor years. Upon finishing primary school, it reached a breaking point to where his family were forced to emigrate to Europe.
Shortly enough, Joung had to grow up during the events of the resonance cascade that separated him from his family and eventually ended up in City 17. He luckily found himself into an apartment community who welcomed the combine presence as they were rewarded for collaboration.
Now a young adult at the age of 28, Joung wears a full blue jumpsuit to convey the meaning of an ideal collaborative culture from City 17 which was resonated from Dr. Breen's Breencasts. It was the collaborative effort from his community that learned him sufficient know-hows to suit for administrative tasks.
In his time in City 24, Joung tried to run a political group named Trust in Collaboration(TIC) which was later turned into a business, became one of the founding managers for the DoB and founded Deliveries as a successor function from TIC. He is now entrusted with directorate level assignments for the Combine concerning commerce.
Personality
Mr. Joung is a mixed bag, he hides his personality with the role in which he is assigned to. On his arrival to City 24, he was noted as exceedingly literate however has adapted to the average citizen personality of City 24. He may stand out when proceeding with protocol behavior.
Likes and Interests
Values Collaboration and accessibility to it. He follows the idea of 'Keeping It Simple Stupid'.
