The reason you were banned?: NITRP | BirdRP
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Someone didn't like me going into their store and defecating everywhere, I was a pigeon, y'know real life pigeons defecate everywhere, but how I was doing it wasn't in a mingey way, I didn't do a "/me shits and runs" I actually rolled and RP'ed it out with people who were trying to get me out. I know this is a VERY serious RP server and this would be frowned upon, but I've never been warned or banned since I've been here. People were enjoying the RP, even CP's were. But I guess a few didn't like it, if they told me to stop OOCly I would've stopped. I do deeply apologize, and if I knew the person that reported me and was unnerved by me, I would gladly like to apologize to them.

Some people I just wanted to RP with and they would come out LOOC with a nutty response which would make me go "Why the hostility" in my mind. There was one CP I approached and I defecated on his shoe and he responded with "LOOC: STFU bird" and that made me a little honked off, this was someone I haven't seen before. I didn't mean for anything to look bad, like I was minging, I just truly love this server, and I was just passing my time while my main Char got out of jail, Richard Almanack.

Generally speaking, people do not like being shit on. Especially not when it’s the only thing you do as a bird. Reconsider your choices, think about it a lot. Then come back to me.

That really wasn't needed but alright, this was embarrassing enough to deal with, shouldn't have even appealed.

I don't need the whitelist, neither can I remember you warning me, everyone already fucking hates me, so I'm just gonna stop and hit the road

After speaking to them in DM's I am going to reduce this ban drastically.

Usually people who do this kinda shit (yes funny joke) do not appeal or when they do we find out they are an alt.

Considering how genuine they looked in DM's ill be reducing the ban to a week, but if this kinda behavior continues when you come back it will be bumped up to a month or more.

EDIT: Had a chat with the rest and we've decided to lift your ban completely. The incident was overall minor and we all make mistakes, just don't repeat it and we're good!
