The reason you were banned?: Repeating actions from prior ban, Minge activity
Why do you wish to be unbanned?:
I never repeated any actions from a prior ban. My prior ban, I was banned for DCing to avoid death. @Goose Also falsly accused me of minge activity then, and another admin rightfully agreed I was not minging and took that minge accusation away and apologized to me.
Upon investigation on what Goose might have meant by prior activity that I repeated, I got this

Part of the ban reason was for erotic drawings.

Alright...So he is lying there. My previous ban was not for that at all. It never mentioned that in the reason. I have a warning for questionable activity, involving bloody feminine pads which I apologized for.
So, lets look at the erotic drawings he was talking about. Keep in mind, I was never banned for these previously, so his claim of repeating a previous ban is just flat out wrong.

That is what Goose is upset about.

Honestly I find it kind of sad that anyone would find this as a reason to be upset. My character Samantha has drawn these before for her Viva La Human collection and made money doing it.

Now, lets keep in mind when I did this, an admin was overseeing. I got no warning from him, or any indication showing what I did was wrong.
By every means, I did not repeat any actions that let to a previous ban

Next, lets go off to the next reason

MINGE ACTIVITY

This one is insulting, seeing as I just finished a half an hour workshift spitting out almost a dozen paragraph /me's of detailed RP. In no way, did I do any minge activity. The last time I was accused of that, they recalled that accusation and apologized thankfully.
From what I can see, "Minge activity" is just a word thrown around for no reason and to ban people when they have no basis to ban them.
Fucks sake, if you are going to accuse me of minge activity, how about post the actual logs of all of my roleplay here? Does that look like what a minge would do

Overall, these past few weeks have been severely lacking from the admin team. I have been accused of minging when I have never done such things.

I will continue to RP the way I have always been doing. I will not be faltered by this.
I am requesting this ban not be reduced, but removed entirely and an apology made. I put hours and hours of my day after IRL work here only to be treated like this, which is insulting to the effort I put into developing this servers story alongside mine.

Overall I know this ban appeal will be a simple judgement call from the higher ups to remove it. But I really stress on the need for an apology. I put so much time here to create stories, and to be treated like this is just a slap in the face to the stories I and others create here.

Also, It was I think @shit or @verTix who can vouch for me to prove I am not a minge.
As a CP yesterday, I did some really intense interactions with a prisoner, which one of them praised me off of for my high quality roleplay efforts
I am not sure if you can get them in this thread, but you can check the logs and see.

I take this very seriously how I have been treated here and can not say enough how much I am displeased at the way admins have handled everything, without actually looking into the time and effort I play here.

It breaks no rules, and I roleplay it with great detail to add a developing story to this server, and my characters and characters I roleplay with.
If you do not like it, simply do not roleplay with me. I know from experience my roleplay ability is above and beyond 90% of this server, if not more and the way I enhance situations me is unique and benifical to the overall story of this server.
You guys placing barnacles in the sewer entrances should not be a thing, but I do not cry about it.

Again, my last ban I was never for drawing at any point. You can go to the ban reason and see it was not. Someone mentioning the drawings in another thread is not any valid response.


You still are not addressing the accusations of calling me a minge, which are clearly false when I have proven to be a more than capable roleplayer.

I am having to dedicate my entire morning before work going over this for you guys, cause some people do not wish to look at the actual roleplay I develop for this server and throw bans around without reason.

While I technically did not list this in the in-game ban, I corrected myself on the forums. In either case, I've been told by a group of people that the drawings are making them uncomfortable. Secondly, this is a repeat offense. You've already been warned for the drawings, as well as other erotic stituations. You've blatantly ignored staff warning not to do this.

we have Ron goodfella who acts non serious nonstop, CPs who have no intent to develop story like I do and binds being spammed and my drawings are where you cross the fucking line?

As an aside. Due to your cavalier attitude, immense arrogance and complete lack of adherence to staff ruling and obvious intent to continue on with such behavior after the ban is up - your ban has been extended to two weeks. I would suggest rethinking your conduct in this time for the next one will be permanent.
