I think it would be cool if similar to how the combine has the combinium barricade placer script if there was a craftable sandbag barricade placer script for rebels.
Considering how powerful a barricade that can stop bullets is crafting it will not be cheap I suggest a crafting recipe of 8x stitched cloth to represent the empty sandbags, these will occupy a 2x2 space in the inventory.
When you want to deploy the barricade you get a preview viewing just like how the workbenches have it however in order to represent the period it will take for you to actually fill up the sandbags with sand/dirt/rocks/whatever will be represented by a 5 minute OOC timer for setting it up and a somewhat shorter timer for dismantling it say 3.5 minutes.
The big change comes in the fact that unlike workbenches script sandbags cannot be bolted down and have no admin protection as such they should only be used for fortifications in battle, if you want a permanent sandbag fortification for your base use a prop sandbag instead.
If you want the scripting of the sandbags to be very fancy you could also include a feature similar to the open/breach on the loot creates where in addition to dismantling it normally with a 3.5 minute timer you can alternatively use a sledgehammer to tear it down within 30 seconds or a grenade to destroy it instantly. Although these alternatives will not give you the empty sandbags back in return.
