DIMMED LIGHTS ON HORIZON - FEEDBACK THREAD

In all seriousness though,

I personally thought the event was extremely quality in terms of atmosphere and storytelling. The couple of choices put in for the sake of providing different short-term outcomes (I.E. the grenade) helped to make it feel like there were valid and dangerous consequences for committing to an action. I didn't mind the waiting at all, as I know how long it can take to properly set up a map.

I legitimately can't think of any negatives to the event, aside from maybe the super occasional OOC mess-up at the hands of either the player or GM, which are bound to happen in literally anything. Even then, I can't recall any screw-ups made by the GM, aside from the crate bursting at the start!

Making it a small-numbered event added to the level of isolation and seriousness to the mission, even if it was just a courier job of delivering a bulb!

Pros:
- Phenomenal storytelling
- Immersive atmosphere
- Lovely /event descriptions
- Being able to have choice in minor decisions go a long way
- Rarely felt lost or unaware of what to do next (happened only once or twice)

Cons:
- OOC mess-ups? Not really though?
- Wrong kid died.

All in all, even though I would've 100% been okay with being the one taking the plunge, I had an awesome and fun experience with Travis and the GM. PassiveRP events can be very boring if done incorrectly, yet I was thoroughly invested and having fun in this one. Didn't feel even remotely bored for a minute.

Thank you @slick for the amazing event!

In all seriousness I couldn’t agree more, the event was a lot of fun and I’d love to do more in the future. While it is saddening I died, It was fun all the same. I very much enjoyed the event and would love to participate in more in the future.
