The CPs sweep the slums and finish up, as they are leaving, you magically run out of the bunker and go to fire a few shots with an Uzi in the slums, attracting all the CPs once again. You Immediately run back to the bunker.
That may not sound like much but the question for me is: "The only way to pull off that convenient timing is to know exactly when they are leaving and to know they were sweeping beforehand." This much you seemed to know somehow despite sitting in a bunker, seemingly knowing where the CPs are and what they are currently doing.

Let me re-affirm, once again; I shot my gun multiple times to try and attract them to see if they were still sweeping. Towards the end of the second video, you see me near the door listening for their footsteps. When I hear nothing, I go outside and eventually make my way towards the glass window overlooking the field out front of the Sunrise. I shoot my Uzi in the air, and wait for them to come -- they don't come. I get closer, shoot again, wait, they don't come. So, that's when I went to the biolock and destroyed it, at which point I knew they'd get a ping, and so I ran.

Once again; the stream did not benefit me to any extent whatsoever.

The ban wasn't issued for streaming. It was used for using the information that was provided during the stream to avoid our sweep yesterday.

It is weird to stream something like this in a rebel discord, especially if you consider that the user in question is a CP streaming to his friend who is hiding from the sweep in question. And judging by the fact of how well the two know each other, it only adds to this factor.


Believe it or not, but the stream affects you in some ways, without even realizing it: you subconsciously avoid CP patrols and their whereabouts if you're aware of their location.

As for you Wray, yeah it's weird fair enough. No complaints here, I didn't say it wasn't suspicious, it is, but that doesn't make me actively implicit of any wrongdoing.

I missed that this was two appeals in one, that's my bad.

I'm gonna wait for the admins that were dealing with this to respond and provide context to you guys then I'm going to close it. Considering @MY MAN was the one the who was Metabaiting to you his ban is going to be set to 1 week because a month is too long for one case of metagame/metabait. But @Dingo8MyBud , because this ban has been issued more or less on suspicion and we can't determine whether your IC actions were influenced by the Meta I'm going to reduce your ban to a a 3 day ban starting from yesterday, so you have two days left on it.

In future I'd avoid using ooc comms during a situation like that.

So in short this appeal has gone from denied to reduced.
