Listen, I get it... I shouldn't have called someone a retard. We all got the sanctions for it via the whole slowmode thing, hell, I got timed out for approx. 3 minutes as well before it was removed.

But to ban me over something like this? Especially considering I've displayed no toxicity towards anyone recently even when I got removed from Civil Protection or Denied from getting a freed Vortigaunt is a bit unfair in my eyes. I've been constantly targeted by this one individual who keeps baiting me and trying to agro me into saying something. Earlier he even called two valuable members of the community (albertossic & wraygun) homophobes and told them to shut the fuck up and much worse. These are not accusations you can't be making. To make it even worse, he decided to call me someone who has a high possibility of being a Racist simply because he doesn't like me, plus he already has a great history of calling me almost every word in the book. Sure, I could've blocked him or I could've reported it, but it's Discord. I don't give a shit, I have a thick skin I can take it when someone calls me some things. But you can't do such things and not expect someone to call you something back, we have a saying in Dutch which goes "Whoever passes the ball can expect it back.". If you call me all the names in the book, accuse me of being a racist and non-stop involvement in everything I say to the point where I get annoyed, you can expect something back.

I've also told this guy multiple times to stop calling me names, stop involving himself with me, stop being toxic etc. So, when he tells me "Oh, stop calling me a retard" (Not against the rules btw), I won't stop either. Sure, it's childish, but I don't feel like he has the priveleges to tell me to stop saying something after he calls me all the names in the book even after I explicitly have told him to stop doing so.

The situation in itself was handled, there was no more argument going on anymore. I spoke with Rad-X and like always, I don't care what happens on Discord so I just go on with my life.

I'm sorry I called him a retard, I promised people I wouldn't do it anymore but when someone gets that under my skin then it just gets out. I've been nothing but respectful towards everyone lately. Not to forget the moment he stopped typing in the Slums chat there was no argument and everyone was just posting funny shit and talking like friends.

Which isn't against the rules, but okay. So I don't have any evidence of what happened. I posted everything in there in my talk with Divine, so if someone wants logs they can find it there.

I want to add onto this that there was nothing but malice behind this person’s actions. We got told to block each other and that’s aight, I didn’t say anything to him afterwards. However, this individual refused to block me and clearly was only out to ban me. This shows a clear act of bad faith as he is simply trying to ban someone for whatever reason possible.

Furthermore, having no access to the Underground would effectively kill my group. I will not be able to look on the intranet for important things, I won’t be able to ask people to come online for meetings and this only discourages me more from even playing the server. There’s a clear agenda against me from some people when they clearly refuse all other alternatives besides me being banned.

This part is true. Albert was called out as a homophobe for no reason. Not me though, but I'm involved differently. It's disingenious how this player conducts himself on the server and tries to put a spin on things.

Additionally, I've had this player lashed out at me in Steam DMs on a one-time occasion during an event where my character blow himself up. A series of insults were hurled at me for no apparent good reason, and I've informed RAD-X. It has been dealt with thankfully.






I'm not here to defend Liam, and while the way he conducts himself on the server is on him, I can't help but point out that he's not entirely at fault. Rakaesa is known for baiting others and twisting words and arguments. If Liam got banned for toxicity, so should this guy. Again: these are my just two cents. I'm not fully sure if any of this weighs in.

The guy also randomly lashed out in my dms one time because of one big misunderstanding and then personally attacks me again. I'm not going to get insulted over and over again, while the other party gets no repercussions in the Underground Discord. At some point I will lash out against him too and only then is it a problem according to people.
