basically you can get diseases, if you eat or drink spoilt food or drink there's a chance you can get disease, or if your in the infested zone or the sewers, or if you're hungry or thirsty for too long, maybe even a hygine system where you have to wash yourself.

idk i just thought itd be quite a cool idea
