Probably a stupid suggestion but for people who had a DOB Char who got killed they can make for the same store.

To be honest i just want a char with a job
Just RP cleaning people's shoes. You don't need a whitelist for that, and it's a job :)
Whitelists suck (Except for OTA and CMU mainly because CMU does IC apps and OTA doesn't have char development and is more of like an event faction so it's cool)

A DoB character is nothing more than a citizen who works in a store. They're not a unique faction (they're a subsidiary of the Civil Workers Union) and don't have their own unique rules in terms of keeping characters within the "faction". When your character dies for valid reasons as defined in the PK Policy (https://willard.network/forums/threads/pk-policy.502/) you lose any and all ability to work in the store your character worked in, due to the simple fact that they're dead.

If you die, and your character was working in a store before they died, they will not be allowed to work in that store on a new character, unless you managed to get legitimately employed on that new character.

Keep in mind that if you die and immediately seek out re-employment on a new character, it will be regarded as metagame and you will be reprimanded accordingly.

A store employee character seldom dies, and it will almost never be purely for working in a store. If your character is JUST a store worker, you should have nothing to worry about. This is why you'll not be granted re-employment if you die. The same applies to any rebel group, for instance. Though they might end up dead by association, store employees won't. If you want the intricacies of how stores work in detail, you'd best contact Hayden, the current DOB lead.
