In a world of darkness, we had you,
A doctor whose heart shined through the dark,
And created light for those who had lost all hope,
Righteous in your ways, you started a burning flame

In your wisdom and heart we found hope,
Our spirits were uplifted to defend what was once ours,
To reclaim what we had lost,
To break free from our chains,

Your death serves a greater cause,
Your spirit lives on within our hearts,
A Doctor's Demise is a sad day to behold,
May the gates of heaven meet you well,
Until then farewell.


We all arrive there one day, some of us sooner than others...
