Backstory:
Eliza was born to a small Polish family in the midst of Soviet occupation. Her parents, Karol and Magdalena were political dissidents, actively fighting against the regime in various underground organizations, creating anti-Soviet art and writing alongside other Polish intellectuals. This ultimately led to Eliza being orphaned by age 6, as her parents disappeared under "mysterious circumstances".
After a rather brutal upbringing in the system, she decided to make the most of her situation, and after receiving preliminary education, she developed an interest in Polish and British literature and poetry. She found comfort in classical Polish and ancient Greek tragedies, and eventually developed connections that led to her working in the theatre at a young age - first as an assistant, and eventually, as a small-time actress. She wanted to make a career out of literature - however, after deciding that it's a really shitty career choice, she made the choice to enroll in nursing school. After graduating with relatively high grades she pursued higher education in her field, eventually writing several dissertations on medical microbiology and receiving a master's in nursing. She managed to find work in a Warsaw hospital, where despite having to endure an atmosphere of misogyny, she made a place for herself, and started advancing her career. She received additional training in primary and emergency care, and managed to get a position as an ICU nurse shortly before the 7 Hour War begun.
Questions
What is PPT?
PPT is Priority Patient Treatment/the Priority Patient Table, referring to the standard and priority of care given to those of high status in the new Combine society. In case of an emergency, those highest on the table should be given absolute priority in triage.
When maintaining professional conduct in character, what should be avoided?
Losing composure, not following CP/OW orders, escalation or involvement in non-medical disputes, lack of procedural integrity and not following protocol, as well as acting without consulting management/other staff in uncertain situations - essentially any behavior that would be deemed "unprofessional" according to common sense.
If uncertain, what should you do?
Seek clarification on the situation. If impossible, consult with management or adhere to protocol and follow my best medical judgement.
During an abdominal exam, are you checking for oxygen saturation?
No.
Are Neurological exams used on every patient?
No.
When assessing for shock in patients, what are you looking for?
Low perfusion (checked for example through capillary refill), confusion/anxiety/fainting/low consciousness, dangerous vitals (rapid or weak pulse), pale, cold and clammy skin, weakness.
During contamination control procedures, what should you do?
Immediately use protective measures/equipment, isolate the patient(s) and inform everyone in the room of the risk. If the infection is highly contagious and/or there's a risk of a mass scale outbreak, notify management and CP.
Action Research is what?
It's a hands-on research approach referring to solving an immediate problem while gathering practical knowledge. According to the research guide, it's a form of quantitative research.
Specific, measurable, achievable, relevance and time bound is a "What" framework?
The SMART framework, used for setting research/management goals to ensure they're clear, well defined and actionable.

I've worked as CMU/CMRU on pretty much every HL2RP server I've played on since about 2018. I've lead the CMU on Lancer Networks, Aspect's old server, managing the entire faction's structure and writing operational/medical guides for Lancer and other servers I've been on. I've also worked as Event Team for most of Lancer Network's existence, helping write events, GMing and directly overseeing an extensive one-shot experience.
I've been on hiatus from HL2RP for several years now, but I'm happy to join Willard's CMRU as soon as V3 opens, and put my free time into providing high quality roleplay for the server.
