A secluded hideaway remains amongst rubble. Within, a cloth script holding a singular image with a series of meanings... Not much is known to those without a connection to the Vortessence...
BADE THIS SCRIPT, FOR THIS TRUTH SHALL UNFOLD...
BEWARE THE SHU'ULATHOI FOR THEIR TERROR SHALL REIGN THOUSAND FOLD.
BEWARE THE HULKABIN FOR THEIR POWER, TOGETHER, MAKES STRONG.
BEWARE THE WEAVERS, FOR THEIR CONNECTION TO THE VORTESSENCE MAKES THE GRAND FAITHFUL STRONGER.
BEWARE THE SAVIOUR, FOR HIS ARRIVAL IS INEVITABLE.
THUS IT IS WRITTEN, AND THUS IT SHALL BEGIN.
TO THOSE LOYAL OF THE SUPREME PATH, FOLLOW THE SIGNS. THEY SHALL DELIVER YOU FROM DESPAIR

ERA 1: IMPACT
"Life is a fickle thing."
One of Utnet'Erler's first lessons from one of the Elders. Despite their apparent and sudden onset of blindness, they remained keen to learn more about their species' history. "The impact we, as Vortkind, make upon others," said the Elder as the pair continued the creation of the Hulkabins, "is that of change, of honor, of life. Let not the pompous attitude of our others dissuade you from a path of honor." Whilst the echo of the Nihilanth remained through Utnet's mind, they kept on such a path of honor, almost like words etched into a scroll. Times change one's heart, however, with the arrival of what Vortikind calls The Saviour, Utnet's mind would be the next such afflicted by the onset of weaving and connection to the Supreme.
"Fractured..."
"Damaged..."
"LOST."

ERA 2: DREAMS
"Do you Vortigaunts dream?"
Utnet'Erler was drawn from their incoherent rambling, looking up at the human sitting with them at the campfire. It was the first time the two had talked since they first encountered each other. Despite the tense atmosphere around the two, it was relatively quiet and peaceful. "Dream..." said Utnet'Erler, quietly and slowly repeating, "Yes... This one does dream..." The human continued, "What about? Like, what all do you dream about?" A complicated question, with a way more complicated answer. Utnet'Erler explained all too well, though. "Woven... When our kind is woven of the Vortessence... Choice... A choice is made... Changed... This choice may be changed, even at one's discretion..." As they spoke, Utnet'Erler looked at their feet, their eyes still darting about, as if looking for something that wasn't there, "Dream... This one dreams of the Supreme Path... Dreams... Dreams of what could have been..."
"So, what? You support that... Nihilanth thing?" asked the human, quite naively. Utnet'Erler responded, just as well, "Support... Support is a strong term... Woven... We were woven with the Supreme One within our mind... Travel... We travel what could have been... Watching... We remain watching, waiting, looking for answers... Answers that do not exist..." The two looked back up at each other, not a word being shared, but a similar look of sorrow on both of their faces. This campout was a good idea, both of them knew that, but the things revealed in this conversation were... Much to dwell on, enough for both of them to sleep...
"Betray... This Sol Creature will betray us..."
"Impossible... This is impossible, else this would have occurred already..."
"Silence... We must maintain silence... Sleep... We must sleep..."

ERA 3: REWOVEN
Utnet'Erler woke up once more in the ruined remains of Industrial District 24. Despite what many thought, through the chaos and remains of the liquidation, Utnet'Erler found a small group of Rebels willing to unchain them. They, however, warned the Rebels to flee. Now, Utnet'Erler was alone, no thoughts, no mind, watching the ruins of the once populated district crumble upon itself. Utnet'Erler did the best they could to hide themselves from the Vortessence, without the outright severing. A form of self-imposed exile for the failures of the past.
However, a second chance came.
During the recolonization of Industrial Sector 24, Utnet'Erler was quickly resecured by Overwatch Soldiers, and brought to a holding center near the Industrial Sector. By the end, Utnet'Erler was given a second chance - to help, to serve, to bring themself back to the Supreme Path.
"Stench... The Stench permeates... Exterminate, we must exterminate it by all means."
"Escape... We must do as recommended and escape... Impossibility... Without escape, survival is an impossibility..."
"Choose... We must choose, and soon..."

ERA 4: THE GRIX
Echo sat hunched in the Biotic living quarters of Industrial-24, a drawing in their hand. For the first time in their woven life, they could see... Deduction narrowed down the cause to local exposure to some form of reality alteration. However, upon their return, all they could see was the green aura of the Vortessence surrounding everything... Once more, they visited the statue that sat in the midst of the busy Industrial District, staring, watching... learning ever so silently.

THROUGH THE EYES OF A FRACTURED MIND
(Ask to be added)
THE CROSS
"Advised... This one advised trusting The Cross with the Sigil Stone..."
"Stolen... The Sigil Stone is likely stolen by this moment..."
"Relax... We must relax, and we must observe... Curious... This one is curious..."
SHAV'DURAL
"Trust... This one of our Kindred holds a deep trust in the humans..."
"Betray... The Sol-Creatures will betray once more... Done... As they have done in the past..."
"Beacon... Let this one be the shining beacon for which to follow..."
