Why do you wish to be unbanned?: I was sadly caught inside of a personal Vendetta of the User 'Bond' and he apparently shared evidence of me Metagaming and such.
For one I wish to be unbanned, because I want to play on the server (especially after what happened to BS and the Bunker) and I believe that I am able to defend myself from the allegations that were put against me.

I also wish that this time the Ban Appeal is looked at and not being entirely forgotten just like my last one, not giving any chance of defending myself whatsoever. As well as this thread not getting closed, unless I was given a good chance of defending myself.

Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: None at the moment, can change depending on the laid out evidence

I did in the past of the early days in WN and I already paid the price for it. But I am genuinly not sure to where I would have Meta'd now, or how severe the Meta would have been.

Let's start with the first Incident:

1.: The Sniper Ammo Incident: What happened? Bond dm'd me on steam that he dropped a Sniper Ammobox of his Conscript char and that I should take it. I am honest, I was keen on actually grabbing the box...HOWEVER, I didn't do it at the end. I even discouraged him by saying "if admins find this we are fucked" and went into detail in the continuation of the chat (which he has not shown conviniently). Not only that, 'flerk' also got informed by 'bond', and he talked me out of it in the Discord dms. My evidence on the whole?: I can't show it, since all the chats after two weeks get deleted, so my only evidence of me not doing the metagame is never even touching the Box and leaving it alone completely. But I can send the discord dm, if needed. Funny thing is that I encouraged him to send this evidence to the admins (which bond got banned for in the end). In short: I decided not to take the Sniper box, 'flerk' even talked me out of it and I encouraged him to send the evidence to get 'bond' banned.

2.: Bond mentioning CPs being at a certain spot or being overconfident: It is simple on this one here, I just ignored it. 1. Because I know that the CPs are there ICly, there is no reason to even Meta. 2. CPs being overconfident was already known to everyone, that is no secret. 3. I just simply ignored it. Never did I once acted upon his words and there is not even evidence of proving me doing that.

3.: Calling bond to hop on so we have more mens for a shotcop: Since when was this even metagaming?

4.: Other chats: I don't see any metagaming in there? We are just talking about stuff, where meta is not involved at all.

1. Throwing a grenade at CPs: I told 'bond' quickly OOCly about the idea of throwing a grenade at the CPs and the plan to it as well. I could have brought it ICly, which wouldn't have made much of a difference, but it really wasn't necessary to say it OOCly. It was a mistake from my side, I won't deny it and I deeply apologize for it. In the end... really nothing happened other than a grenade being wasted and no one getting injured or damaged at all. Once again, I am deeply sorry.

2. Operation Suicide City: This ain't meta at all. Im simply telling 'bond' of trying to sledgehammer a CP on open street and run. There is no meta involved and this can't be even meta'd. It is just one madlad, trying to make the impossible possible.

3. 'bond' mentioning that CPs are attacked by Antilons: Guess what, the "i won't" explains everything. And I just didn't do it. No meta involved at all.

4. 'bond' telling me to come over to the main Bunker entrance: Just like the third point, i simply told him to radio me if he wants me to come. Where is the meta in that? He even came to the cave and told me personally about it, you can even check it in the logs. I never went there on my own accord.

Other chats: No meta involved again. Just some normal discussions between me and 'bond'.


What now? Well...I honestly wish to be unbanned, of course. WN Networks is a server I daily play on and enjoy! Not only that, right now RebelRP is in a very very dangerous state after the Incident and several bannings of other main rebels. I honestly can't bring myself to see it crumble just like this and I wish to be there and prevent it entirely. If there is something else that needs to be discussed then I am always open.
