“If you learn from defeat, you haven't really lost.”

Welcome to the Library, it is a shame I have to inform you, our last Book has been closed.

But don't worry. We'll see each other again. Somewhere, someplace...

Oh, please, Don't be sad that I am gone. Be happy that we have lived together and enjoyed our moments.

I am happy where I am. I have never felt hatred nore should you. Everyone has their reasons. Put yourself in their shoes. Understand them. Our World would be a better place if everyone would do it.

- Elias Siemens.

Elias Siemens from 1984 until 2016

jkhkjhkjhkjh.PNGElias's Elementary SchoolElias Siemens was born in Germany, Grossburgwedel - outside of Hannover in 1984. His Father, Erich Siemens was gone for the most part of his life serving in the German navy on a ship as a Captain. His Mother, Laura Kühn, lived therefore alone with Elias in their own house, occasionally visited by Erich, whenever he could.

His visits shaped him. On one side he was furious about his father's absence, on the other he respected him and looked up to him for what he is. His father taught him many things, as he knew he could not be there to always help him. Elias had to figure stuff out for himself upon getting a basic understanding of various things, which lead him to be interested in many topics.

He'd attend Kindergarten and Elementary school in Grossburgwedel until 1990.
Katharina-REUTER-und-Christoph-WALTZ-in-Die-Staatsanw-ltin.jpgElias and a classmate in one of his many private lessons.A fight broke out between his parents which led to his Mother taking him to Hamburg where he would attend the Immanuel-Kant Gymnasium, a high-school in the lower parts of Hamburg.

As his mom just now started to work as a retail clerk in a supermarket, Elias had to help with bringing in money as his dad only paid child allowance.

He'd do this by giving his classmates private lessons. He became known for his urge to help others. In his free time, he started to try out various activities. For example: Soccer, Tennis, Archery, as well as Sailing and Fishing. Elias was rather insatiable and inpatient, which led to him doing something else every 5 to 6 months.

His mom did not like Elias being occupied almost every day. She was alone and wished for Elias to spend more time with her. Elias on the other hand, lost his touch over time with his own mother. He was more like his father, one could say.
Elias was known in a rather large social circle. But not everyone liked him. His tendencies to find humor in everything he comes across has gotten him in many fights. His more or less excessive alcohol consume did not show the best sides of him either.
This did not, however, affect his school career. In 2001, he finished high-school with a high-school diploma. He was now 17 years old. It was the year of the Resonance Cascade. The year in which he saw his father for the last time, and the year, he left his mother to live on his own.
tumblr_o73tckCNeZ1ubrzg4o1_500 - Kopie.jpg2004: Elias as a conscript in the outskirts of Hamburg. His life between the years of 2002 and 2004, lastly the year in which the 7-hour war took place, were firstly rather uneventful, this however, would change drastically. He visited the Carl von Ossietzy university studying psychology. In December 2002, he learned that his father has died to unknown causes while on deployment. This, however, had almost no impact on him, but it did lead to him visiting his mother more often. With portals still appearing everywhere on earth, he was soon conscripted after his 18th birthday. He finished basic training and was stationed in hamburg itself for he could continue with his studies. In 2004, he took part in the defense of Hamburg, serving as a basic infantryman. However, by the end of the war, he had not fired a single bullet at the newly arrived occupier. He helped to patch up men from his unit and was then busy leaving Hamburg as he realized resistance is futile. He attempted to search for his mother, but could not find her. This was the last year he has seen anyone out of his family.
Easteregg: Thanks for reading <3 ily
He made it to Berlin. The soon-to-be called city 36 in which he lived as a citizen. His past has gifted him well, the city has seen Elias work extremely well, his "reward" was a relocation to City 24.

C i t y 2 4
Elias arrived in City 24 somewhere in the year 2016. Almost like every new citizen, he'd take the opportunity to venture out into the streets. He'd soon find himself in the slums. Calling it his half-home for roughly 2 years. He'd use the "RDC" to sleep in. It was not that he could not afford a better life standard, but the mere fact that all apartments were cramped. This fact, has always been present until way into the future where he took example from Wilburt O'Hair, to sleep under his own desk in the office. With this, the need for his own apartment vanished.
The Arrival💼
Spending this much time in the slums was his own choice. He prepared for what was to come. He learned the very basics of survival for City 24, a habit which he took with him from City 36, about the people, laws, he learned about the structure and so on. Furthermore, he met a lot of interesting figures. Some who have shown up here and there up to today in his life. Even some he called and still calls friends.
The Slums🪱
Getting used to the streets and their surrounding buildings along with the people on and in them, working the first dozen of shifts in the warehouse, Elias now feels like someone who lives here, not just vegetating around, someone who has built up a sense of proudness to call City-24 his home. Citizens work, that's how you earn freedom. And work to choose from was plenty available. A particular store has caught his eye, having not much interest in other Unions he has chosen the DOB. Mirai, with a strong-minded, caring business figure. His later on to be called friend and colleague, Keiichi Ishikawa. It's no witchcraft. He walked inside, asked for a job, got an introduction and started to work. And work he did. 8 to 9 hours a day, for... 2 weeks. Making a lot of contacts with the local populace has served him very well. His Superior has corrected the flaws he had in this work environment and basically shaped Elias to what was to become of him now.
Citizenship💳
With all due respect and thankfulness, he has left Mirai, onto his own voyage into the business sector. He has struggled to think of a business Idea at first, but has chosen something that is not entirely new within City-24 walls. A Library and, for an odd reason, exactly there, where once a Kaji Library was. Within his new 4 walls, an old Bookshelf full of Kaji books along a Computer could be found. As he was searching through the books, the previous owner came in. A businessman and statesman in his proper attire, Haruto ito. He allowed him the books and gave him access to the computer under one condition to keep all books safe and never lose one. To this day, Elias is thankful for that and helped him develop different opinions about the people having the booklet in hand way above him. The moving-in phase went smooth sailing, but what waves this boat of a library would face, Elias couldn't guess. Not with his knowledge, then... The library became a loved place among the citizens of city 24 and its visitors, and that wouldn't change. The income Elias made was rather sparse, as only the memberships he sold could be booked in green numbers. And even then, he used it to buy new books, repair the library and pay employees. It was a place for him for the people with gaining money, a necessary need to have the library operational.
The Librarian
📚
While overseeing the library, a lesser-known fact, as he had to keep it a secret, about Elias was his support for the homeless shelter, his previous home, led by a woman named Cole at that time. He regularly provided weekly shipments of food, a commitment he intended to continue in the future. This compassionate initiative didn't go unnoticed in the depths of the Slums. As time passed, and now a Tier 3 Collaborator, Elias received an offer to move his store on Victory Street right there where he once has started, in the previous location of Mirai. Mirai moved to the right of the store fronts. The Siemens Kaufhaus, standing alongside the Bücherei, marked the birth of a new general store. Here, Elias found himself operating two stores simultaneously. It was during this period that Elias's dedication began to bear fruit. He spent not just the usual eight hours behind the store counter but also dedicated himself to continuous improvement while also learning a lot in managing two stores. The Independent Department of Business, led by Zoey Grodno at the time, recognized his potential. While collaborating closely with Keiichi Ishikawa, who provided valuable guidance and insights, Elias transitioned into a leadership role within the DoB. Now, alongside Ishikawa, he served as Vice-Director under Director Grodno.

Elias Siemens as he was last seen in Industrial 24:
In his middle thirties, a meticulously groomed gentleman with multiple bullet holes in his head commands attention with his striking appearance. His designer stubble beard exudes rugged refinement, complementing his captivating deep blue eyes. Adorned with a Rolex Oyster wristwatch above his left glove. With a soft German accent, his words carry an air of firm yet polite authority. Clad in a pristine denim blue suit, and polished dress shoes.

We both have experienced a lot together ever since we firstly met. I remember you just wearing a Red-Cross CMU Armband around your Arm. I don't goof around with you like I do with others, our friendship is more mature, and I am fine with that. You and I share many opinions. I respect you with you being you and your deep pool of knowledge. You are actually teaching me something every day, and I am really glad I can count you as one of my closer friends. I try to help you every time you need help. We both aren't scared of telling each other opinions about ourselves. I am looking forward in seeing you climb up the career ladder. I am there if you need me to, on every step in your journey.
Haruto Ito
Our real first interaction happened in the library. You told me this one was once yours under the name of Kaji. Your first comment about your Kaji books made me look a bit weird at you. That you'd even think about keeping them. I assume it had to do with your lack of trust to not lose them? But your second comment, then, really surprised me. Let me keep the computer, the smaller cabinets as well as the large one and in the end, the Kaji books too. You answered my questions I had and then basically left. The second time we talked, I told you about losing books. Your expression was pretty pale. I was unsure if you are disappointed or just accepted it? Either way, I find myself thinking that you think I am doing a mediocre job. I can't say much more. We never really spoke then. Hence, me finding you interesting. I come to face with you with respect, as I always do. You are also one of the few higher ups that does not behave like a spoiled princess with attention issues. I respect that. I am also only hearing good things from you. Furthermore, I cannot really judge about your work, but seemingly everyone is happy with what you do.
Roy Jackson
This is a tough one. Who are we talking about here? Which Roy Jackson? Within him there are multiple Roys. Some might give you food, some might run around like a cat meowing at citizens, and some just try to eat other citizens. Seemingly, everyone of the Roy Roy's sees me as a friend. And despite your weird person, I actually like you and see you as some kind of friend myself. You give diversity, makes it not so boring here in the city in the later hours. You are actually fun to be around with although I am sometimes a bit scared if you are going to cut my throat in a dark alley way which I blindly always follow you in. Some comments of yours are insulting to my person too. But that's okay. My advice to you Roys is to maybe refrain from certain things that could get you re-educated. To my surprise, you never got caught. You are a hardworking guy, Russel made a nice catch with you, the shop is always open.+ You haven't followed my advice. Your crazy nature has caused your death. I miss you for the little change you had been. A shame it was all a misunderstanding.
Micheal Hoxworth
Hox Hoxy Roboarms Hoxworth the first. Alone with you, you are actually pretty nice guy despite what many else say, fun to talk to and can even prank some slummers from time to time. But if one tier 5 or 6 turns up, you start boot licking like crazy. Dropping whatever you are doing just to get into their notice range. You do you. In my eyes, both a sad thing to see and a respectable hustle. You definitely will stick to minds. With that, I am unsure of your goals, but by judging I assume you are aiming for anything within the CCA. I hope your plans work out for you. You help me when I need help and I stop you from dying, like two times already. I have the feeling that you like me, even dropped some defending comments in front of the lovely GCF boy band group. That really wondered me as it was something going against your normal approach in gaining personal social credits within higher individuals.+ You haven't been the same anymore after I-17. You changed. This fate of change is what caused your doom. I heard you have died in Alaska. They try to cover it up, your death, as a "relocation" But I know the truth. A great loss for the CWU as hardworking as you have been.
Gustavo "Gus" Baldo
I have known you for a bit longer. Since you worked in indigent one. It was only then when you moved to triumph, we got to know each other a bit more. The feeling of you being into shady business came right along with it. Specially supported by Waltman from Waltmart as he has been an indigent 1 owner too, that moved to triumph 1. Although I have no clue what rumors were true, but when it comes to you, I know what you did and do. The moment I found out, you found out some things about me too. I'd say you are a friend to me. I respect you for who you are. I am not a fan however, how you approach your breathing apparatus problem. Just folding hands and looking up while accepting your fate is a thing that I seemingly can't wrap my head around. To throw yourself like that away. You are a fighter. Fight the enemy within yourself as well, no? Anyway your decision. Do really take care and try to avoid danger. You said it yourself. Too dangerous. You will end up like Lex if you continue like this. And, you did end like him. We talked one day before your death, I had to find out sadly. Our last conversation rooted our friendship in my eyes, I value what you have become and what you have brought for a change. You went out of my life like you came in. Hearing rumors. Another now good friend gone, even if it was for a short time being. PS Thank you for letting me shoot your grenade launcher.
Keiichi Ishikawa
It was at the time when I got to the inner city a bit more that I searched for a job. I asked and you offered me an interview. Faster than I thought, I'd find myself under your management. I was pretty, let's say, unsure at first, specially the first week of employment. It was the fact that I worked for 8 to 9 hours every day since employment coupled with the amount of transactions that overshadowed my errors and gave me another chance. A week later and I left. For the Library. It was then I found out you are an Author yourself, and a pretty good one too. This has only strengthened our relationship. We then, oddly enough, bumped into each other every time the both of us were needed. I have never stopped treating you differently since day one. With respect. And never changed the way I saw you. A pacific man serving the community with heart and mind. It's that paired with your long efforts that have gotten you your position as Vice Director. I personally have thought O'Hair would have given you the Director role. It also wondered me how late you have become the Vice. Either way. I am looking forward to and into the future as with your help we may thrive to serve the community even more, like you always did. I have some worries that my ambitions conflict with your personal beliefs, and I hope this won't damage our relationship. Likewise, I look up to you like many others, but still yet find you rather mysterious. + "If you’re brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello." Save travels to you Mr. Ishikawa. + Welcome back, Mr. Ishikawa. I can truly say I am now honored to have you under my wings. I'll have yet to see you perform like how I learned it from you. You recently don't seem to look like you really want to invest yourself, just yet. I hope that time comes when you are somewhat done with whatever else occupies you. + I noticed you didn't really feel well, I hope the return to your home will change that. In the end, it's more important to be happy & healthy. + Welcome back. And what a mess we welcome you back. Glad you are doing better. It's the only way I want to see you, doing great in aspect of your life.
Raymond Saint Albert
Ah, yes. Ray. Not sure how it started, but here we are. I see you as my best friend. And no one follows by far behind you. You are to my first meet & greet warehouse surprise, German as well. Not your name, nor your face give this away. Beyond that, even out of the same state. We share the same beliefs. You are extremely skilled in pretty much anything. I just wish you would talk more than just two languages, either way, no wonder you are THE CWU Manager for me. You made me my wristwatch, you organize my card shifts, installed store security and so on. You and someone else were also the only ones that gave me a birthday present, I feel like I owe you every time you help me. You just play it off, saying that is your job. Furthermore, you go far beyond your job in my eyes for me. We have experienced quite a bit together. I don't really care where your beliefs are, I trust you with all my heart and if you need help, I am your man for anything you need. You also accept criticism like a true Manager. I sometimes think the ones ruining your good mood are the ones under you. However, I can already see you somewhere in the CCA. Do greet Mr. Federal then when you see him. + I feel like, you have gotten lost in the end. You have been reduced to just who you are. Like a gear in a larger gearwork that could have been larger. You were made for larger things, but it doesn't matter now. On my absence I heard you left, to somewhere at some time. I feel like we went out of our ways in the end, and it's only one man's fault. I'll be missing you... I'll deeply do.
Heinrich Tischer
When you first stepped into the library, I had no clue who you were. I have informed myself a couple of days before about almost all CMU members, in which I found out you are a somewhat new member. I just had no face to the information I have. You were rather surprised that I have heard about you. You are German as well, which is always a nice thing. Seemingly you like helping people, are a CMU member and a Library customer. That tells me an awfully lot about you. We have now bumped into each other more and more, and I'd say we have become good friends now. I know I can trust you, and for your future endeavors I'll vouch for you. + I am not sure why, but you always seem to get your hair into the weirdest inconveniences, panic and in the end it's either hot air or a blue eye. But you are working yourself up the ladder. I am unsure where it goes, but I think you'll take step by step carefully. So far so good! I am glad to have you around, normally, the ones you know the longest die the earliest. + Congratulations thus far! For some odd reason I think we lately have come closer together, it just happened randomly. I also noticed we share more opinions together then I thought.+ We have grown to something we have never thought of. Even becoming more than partners. There is only the way forward, as it is normal for us Germans. Mr. Heiniken Table!
Jax Sar'Zalh "Solar"
We have met a couple of times, but no real conversation has been hold. As far as I know, you are a friend of Gus, which automatically makes you a friend of mine. He said he trusts you, so I am doing the same. It was rather interesting how I found out you speak more human languages. I hope I did not do anything that would make you think oddly of me. I wish to know more about you, we will see what the future holds.
Alex Weaver
I firstly met you in the warehouse, I think. It did not take long for me to figure out that you have your heart in the right place and that we both are from Germany, despite me finding it odd that your last name is Weaver as a German. It's always an honor to join a work shift with such a calm and reserved man, although I sometimes think you are putting work first instead of health. You are CWU manager through and through, direct and don't try to carry sacks of cement you old man. We both noticed we have common goals, and I trust you to not tell anyone anything you would not trust. You are one of those people that could ask me for help, and I'd jump in without thinking twice. I salute you positively serving the community at that age. + I know why you went into the Slums. I think I know why you didn't take off your armband. + I know why you went into the Slums. I think I know why you didn't take off your armband. To be fair, I didn't take it off for a time too. I thought the slums changed with the change people like us brought to it. A bold thought. The lower a human falls, the less he uses logical thinking. It's why criminals are mostly people from the lowest of society. And it's not their fault. Sadly they don't know any better anymore. And this is what took you away from us. A shame I had to find out when I returned for another weekend from my business trips. You can't be replaced, same like Hox. With your death, secrets die too. Watch me pops, okay? Like you always did.
Kai Hüşeynov
An unfamiliar face greeted me in Mirai, and as curious as I am, I simply asked who you are. Within the first minutes I had a feeling of you looking down on me, this feeling, however, faded over time, but it is not gone. You seem to be a restless soul like myself, working in your free time. You are also very proud of what you have archived. After you stated me your paragraph long list of occupations, you'd jokingly say that all those things you do would not fit in your file anymore. I have heard you say this exact comment three more times to others. For me, an indication of pride, but it also sounds a bit posh. Either way, you come around as a true loyalist with a bag full of maturity and a pinch of humor. Wisdom Irradiates from you, but I also have the feeling that you are jumping to conclusions a bit fast. I need to behave around you. I need to keep that business friend attitude type of relationship for as far as I know.
Charlotte "Sharly" McMadison
I have known you for some time now, I am clueless how it started, but we became good friends, even sharing the privilege of calling you Sharly with someone else. We even have to be friends, as we stare at each other for hours across the street while we both stand behind a counter. You are an amazing cook, competing with the best chefs from the Pint. You come around to be a bit clumsy at times, but that's alright. Furthermore, you are an overall nice person to be around with, you get along with my humor and yourself are gifted with the ways of making someone laugh. I can see you trying your best each day, unfortunately, the store management you work for has left you alone. Maybe you can take over, I am sure you will do fine. + On a casual business day, a man clearly coming out of the slums came in to buy a lot of flour... Seemingly making a large cake, he told me he has found something. I looked at what he found. I hope your decision is right. You are tough, you'll make it out there. Until then!
Samuel Lacrose
Sam Sammy Lacrose. At first, I had my doubts, then you bought me a beer, that's all you had to do. With Raymond and the servile workers, we form the gang of City 24. The Boys. Everywhere we go, The Fog follows. You speak German, but your American accent gives it away that you are. Well. American. We haven't really done our own togetherness adventures, but I am sure when you'll have more time we'll catch up. You are a busy man. Hardworking, loyal, CWU serving. You should maybe not peeve Raymond so often, he's gonna bonk you with his hammer. + You seem to have left like Raymond, only a bit transposed. I am beginning to see a Pattern here. + Glad you are still with us. I honestly respect that you keep doing what you do for years.
Jasper Waltz
Mr. Waltz, great to see you yet again in the library. A Patron to the Library. You are German, which is always nice. I knew you even before you had that lab coat on. The coat only now represents the wisdom you hold, and your visits the wisdom you seek. You even contributed a book yourself, and I can see you working on more! You are great to have around, always up for a chat. I do always wonder though where all your credits are going to when you cannot on the occasion pay the 2 credit lending fee. I am unsure how you ended up hanging from that rail, your answers did not really satisfy me. Are you hiding something? Are you just a will strong defender of personal opinions? Did not hinder me from aiding you into the clinic, whatsoever. You are a friend, and I'll see how I can always help you if you need so. I trust you and hope our relationship flourishes in the mist of the future.
Cody Stanford
The ninth King. We met long ago, and it seems that time has served both of us well. It felt like we were some form of classmates, always hanging out in the Library. Smiting our future. Laughing and generally fooling around. You told me all your worries and so did I. You seem bored, and I believe that's why you joined the ISO/MAA. I think it was a good decision. The other option would have seen you wandering around in the slums. You have kinda gotten the curve. You also worked as a salesman in the Kitsune/Lil' Italy. Which only improved your general well-being. On a sunny day, then you left. No word. I later found out you did leave some words, but not for me. Which I found odd. It took a while for you to return then. Sharly has given me an update that you haven't died. I thought you'd become a slummer or even a rebel. Now we find each other again in the Library. Only this time you're beating me up. "'What good's an honest soldier if he can be ordered to behave like a terrorist?" No Harm done. You now protect the Library, often being outside, you know about the activities going on in front of the "store", so I am grateful to have you keeping an eye open on triumph. I do find it interesting that you are always accompanied by female protectors. I bet you're telling them jokes I told you to gain some plus points. Anyway, you are the most trustworthy person of them all. You know something about me which no one else knows and, even in your current position, hold it as a secret. I personally don't really respect you for your new position, though. I have to play along. I respect you as being you. + Finally, you are back! You haven't died like some tried to tell me! I am very glad you have returned, good friends used to find back to each other normally. I find myself in losing old friends faster than you are emptying your mags. You have returned to the worst time possible, for you. For me, you are the shield I needed right when the sword was about to strike me. I'll be there for you no matter what, what ever you need, I'll give. What ever I can help you with, I will help you with. + Is there even a stop for you on your way of succesion?
Edward Riggs
Ed, Eddy the Author. It was, how almost all the other days, a day inside the library that I stumbled upon you, or rather... You, stumbling upon me. We held conversations, everything rather superficial. Many conversations we had were about books. I then found out you write and wrote books yourself. With them now to be found inside the library. I peer with my eyes partly closed at you every time I see you. You do not match my humor I occasionally have to find out, or you just don't laugh in general. I find you to be a extremly good with words, resulting in you being a really good author, a man with intellect, a man who is also my friend. A business partner and someone with a special taste. I am enjoying your presence. Likewise, I enjoy what you can do, and I hope to see you with another new book inside the library again. + You have changed my perception of what I thought was you. Positively. It rather surprised me, your views on things are so... normal and well-thought-out, at least for me, and that you just not find joy in weak-tie relationships. I think you need topics that requires more than just 2 brain cells, that gives you something to think about. My thought of you has just confirmed that you are a valuable asset to my inner circle of friends. And I hope this won't change negatively. + A shame you couldn't join the rest of us. But I understand, you have work where you are needed more. I'll actually miss the Riggler... Maybe you do too... Even though you will never admit it!
Mark
A guy who I do not remember where I know him from. But oddly, we get along. I occasionally slap an "Oh Hi Mark" into your face when I see you, for this you scared the shit out of me while I was depositing things inside the Homeless shelter. Wasn't the first time you did so, remember when someone kicked me down into the sewers on victory, and you stood there while having your arms crossed? Either way, you then had my curiosity. I have been following you a bit in the shadows. I learned where you live, with it, waht you do and that you live together with a friend of mine. It was then a safe call for me that you would not attempt to cut my throat the second we would be alone. I respect that. Can't say much more yet. Lookin' like a man who works for what he believes in...
Luigi Lopez
Tough one buddy. I had a feeling you are a nutcase when we met. But you proofed that I jumped to conclusions too fast. You gave me security. But I also know that you have done things I despise. You have a heart, I just don't know where it's really placed. I feel like you act with your muscles first, then your brain. I have learned that you use your brain, and that you can, if you want, archive things that benefit many. Our weird friendship-loyality runs both ways. I gave you my word that you, until I die, can count on. + There goes the last of the members or ex-members.+ Took me a while to find out you have died. With it, our secret. I did warn you. Sleep well my friend...
Jane Wilford
I know exactly how we met. You were having a conversation with Roboarms which I totally not listened to about to join the CWU. First work shift after I have seen you and talked to you, you stood there. In your yellow attire. Nothing much has been going on between you and me then. You keep a lot of words to yourself. Reserved and quiet. You work, nothing to add to that. Recently, you became *the* Sanitation department. I see you cleaning the library door handle from time to time now. I have recently been a bit blunt or maybe even rude to you, I feel like. It was when you introduced yourself a second time to me. I hope you did not see it like I did after I reevaluated our conversation. I find it weird, while I call you Jane, you sometimes switch to Elias and Mr. Siemens. It made me unsure of what to call you now? I'll stick to Jane I guess. + Not just cleaning handles are we, hm? Like a puzzle, the big picture forms when looking all around the edges of the table... + You are back. And seemingly I was wrong with what I thought. I am just not sure to what extend I am wrong...
Lucy Russell
It all started in city 8. I think I remember you just getting the job within the city's clinic? I have talked to you several times in city 8. I have seen some downs with you, seeing you wandering around drunk... I tried helping you, but you kinda just pushed me aside. I then totally did not spy on conversations you had with women named Ji lee or Jazmin. We then held a conversation here and there, each every time we bumped into each other. Up until catastrophe struck. It was more in City 24 that I stood in wonder that you came to town as well. I was happy seeing you, but my happiness faded quickly. You seemingly forgot who I was? I did some background checks. It was then I figured things out about you that made my view on you change. I occasionally stopped by in the clinic to inquire about your well-being. One day, someone ran up to me to tell me you passed out on some stairs, it wasn't the first time I heard you passing out. We both picked you up and brought you in. I left and in an attempt to find out if you are okay, I left you a present. This was not the first present I gave you, I might have accidentally lost some things while walking past you. After all, you seemingly have gotten the curve. You changed completely from city 8 to today. You are happier now, more reserved, a great addition to the CMU and, a friend of mine, despite us ever having a rather deep conversation. We just get along. I am happy for that. + Please work out your health certificate, it's a mess.
Zoey Grodno
Business Woman extra...hm. It wasn't the first time that I have met you while I stood there inside the pint with a now dead friend. But it was the first time we had an actual conversation. It ended with a re-education. How nice of you. I held a grudge until you helped me set up the library. I was rather inexperienced, but I pushed my willingness to contribute. And it worked. I then occasionally have been spying on you. Drinking a coffee or a beer in the background and listening to what you have to say. I wanted to know who you are as you, in person, are way too busy to converse with me. I have a feeling you like women more than men, judging by the way you talk with people. Might just be me. I came in and talked to you about some ideas I had. Something the man manning the position before you had heard from me as well. He never came back to answer my question, but your answer were less helpful. I found help elsewhere, so you are fine out. After all this, you just came around and be nice. I think you are a bit posh, judging from the past and what I have seen. But you do visit the library and check on me. You could send a delegate but you as the director yourself come, which tells me you take your job seriously. You did the right thing in making Keiichi your Vice. The ones under you speak highly of your work. I'll take them by word, as you are rarely in. Recently you have left me hanging yet again. I am really unsure about you. + You have left us like that, us all. The ones who have made you who you are. Without us, you wouldn't have been you. And you just left us, to be eaten up by a scavenger ripping off the last meat we had on our bones. You have left me, us, hanging again. I had my hopes up briefly, as you as a person are still someone I can trust and talk to, but you as an entity in a larger clockwork have worn off. The sadness I feel runs cold down my spine with a heavy pinch.
Ophelie Latourelle
Ophie! My dear friend Ophelie, how I remember we firstly meeting each other. Don't know where, but you have been the quietest and most reserved ones of them all. I nudged your side to get more words out of you. It worked. I value your presence, we might not really share the same humor and I kinda find it weird when you notice me making jokes with others, but that's alright. It wasn't only one time we sat in front of the pint, staring in the night sky, wondering about ourselves. We have known each other for long now. I have noticed you work way more than you enjoy yourself. But that's you, you like it that way, I know you do. You come out when you want. Cities, a dangerous place for people like you, after all. I'll keep a watchful eye on you. Whenever I can. Walking in the pint to check on you, or just looking inside and wondering how Roy is harassing you this time. You are a great addition to the city itself with being who you are. Do change and turn that wacky smile into an actual smile from time to time. + I’ll miss you until you come back but I hope you’ll make up for it by getting me awesome gifts. Bon voyage! + Welcome back, I missed that little wave paired with a reserved smile and that hesitation shaped speech. Come on, it's like you are evolving backwards! Although, you do approach larger groups now. I hope you'll have fun within the CWU. Just don't get to management, or you'll burn out like a library set on fire. Take good care of yourself, the habit of citizens dying like flies that have inhabitant the city for long, is a common practice. I miss the longer chats we had if I remember back to use looking into the night sky. Things are messy now, and I cannot see when they will be cleansed... + For someone that I thought could break like a small stick given the right circumstances, you are a stick made out of blue-gray combine metal. The amount of negativity that reaches you lately, the setbacks, nothing seems to make you come to a halt and go back to sleep, you have turned into a war machine fighting your way out of your own self. You still stutter firstly, only to come back with well-thought-out, hard hitting and sharp comments. I actually don't know if you are even aware of that. Just remember that I haven't changed who I am when we got to know each other. I am still there for you. I'll listen if you want me to. I'll be there if you need me to. Fight for what you think is right, be who you want to be. Don't let all this bring you down. I am sure you will prevail. + Your somewhat reserved nature never caught me. I must admit, I wasn't profoundly surprised, but rather... taken back a bit. You prompted me to reconsider how I perceive others. I'll be sure to apply that perspective to everyone else from now on. I hope you've come to realize that I am your friend now. It struck me that you still held secrets in my presence... I had assumed you fully trusted me. But well, I suppose I might have been misinterpreting myself even... And Felix's remark didn't help matters. You've had your fair share of experiences, and now you're on your ninth life. Make it meaningful. Show them the transformation you've undergone! I have faith in you. You have the capability, just as you've pursued your objectives in the past. I'll provide my support wherever I can.
XRAY-6
As in your normal attire, you basically look like every other female officer, I have no clue when we have firstly met. You did start to burn your mark in my head in i17. You often came in to have a chat in Siemens™®© Laundry. I cleaned your things, and you became more open after time. I assume I have seen and heard more than others when having a smoke with you. You seem hurt but at the same time, you don't. You seem lonely, but at the same time, you don't. I am really unsure about you, all I know that you have sadistic side which origin I can only assume, glad I got spared from that Heh. + Got your memories back, huh? It feels like the laundry now, only the roomage has changed. It's an odd, satisfying feeling. Not sure what to describe this togetherness as... Leaves me confused, but not in a bad way. It's what it is. + Has the time come to call each other friends? A wise man once said, "Nothing is more despicable than respect based on fear." I don't feel fear, but the immense respect I have towards you, makes me feel uneasy. My vision might be blurred from experiences. I'll see each other like that now, truly. It might just need some time for me to get used to. + You are like a rare meteor passing by earth. Either your trajectory is set around earth or you have passed forever. Hope you are doing fine.
Akemi
Your friendly neighborhood, 6,2 feet Asian with one eye. What. We met while I was working at Mirai in V-1. I am not sure if it was before or after you joined the CWU. We did become good friends in that time. Watched out after one another and could trust each other with things we had on our mind. Something more has resulted out of that. But I am, even to this day, really unsure what that was. I found it... Not bad and... not good either. Seemingly, that has passed, I assume. You then went and created the Kitsune, it was at the same time I opened up the Library. But you always seemed so restless. This is the end did not only cost you your CWU Job, the Kitsune, but also what we had. You are just all over the place. You then vanished. Came back and act like nothing happened. And now, I hear you trying to join the protection teams. Hope you can find your perfect occupation there, and don't leave after a week to join OTA or something, Ha! After all, we have much in common. I also really like your sense of humor. We shall see each other more frequently now! + You have left, away from the hustle and bustle. Only checking in once in a while. I'm sorry our society has no room for too extra, which you are. It's adapt or die. My hands are tied. I tried.
Jethro Jarrod Jeremiah IV
Jethro, one of my oldest friends in the city. We have met in Hong Kong. Had some small talk first, but really got to know each other inside the Nexus. What I firstly have noticed is how you use your vocabulary. Lets you stand out, I like that. But you as a person also stand out. A very nice addition to the populace. Not your everyday depressed citizen. I like that too. We then bumped into each other more frequently until you started working inside the library. Which has settled the business between us. Our friendship is now rooted. I am glad to call you a friend, I can trust you, fool around with you and on top of that, you work extremely well. Cheers to you chap! + Jethro is back, and he has come back to the city in his full royal robes. Welcome back. I am always happy that old friends return, when the weekly death-toll usually takes one. +The last time I saw you, you literally went into hand combat with the CP's. What the hell?
Arthur Roosevelt
As for most of the people I know, I can't really recall where we have met. But I assume it was at a work shift.
You are a mix between Alex Weaver and Karsten Friedmann, as far as I can tell now. You are a great CWU worker and a Bookworm. Previous taken almost literally. You are the most active Library Member, coming in the Library and getting yourself at least 2 books. And that every day. A Welcomed customer and a welcomed friend! We shall see what the future has for us up its sleeve. + You have changed. A mix between time and work is my guess. Negatively. Catch yourself Arthur. + I found out, it really just depends on the day. So my new take is to watch how you are doing thus far and then approach you so I don't get shotgunned with negative energy, Hah!
Juno
Within the first 7 seconds of meeting, people will have a solid impression of whom a person is — and some research suggests a tenth of a second is all it takes to start determining traits like trustworthiness. It took me less than that. Upon first meeting you, within a blink of an eye, I liked you. A specific reason I cannot filter out, you being you is enough of a reason. An Independent, strong presence emits from you. Might have had that impression while I was casually drinking beer while you reloaded your gun. I am normally always sure about things, looking at stuff with an objective opinion, but you, are something else in my eyes. How fast it has unfolded between us. I know what you are, what you do, who your friends are. And yet, I really enjoy being around you. The cherry on top is your humor. A Confectioners kiss. Please stop the part of you jumping into things within a mere second of thought. I am not connected to the Vortessence, but I can already see where that would lead to. I'd really hate to have the inevitable come to truth. + Where are you? Has the inevitable come to truth? No one has answers for me... I miss you.
John Walker
Your everyday knock off Brico employee. A damn good one, I must say. We usually meet each other in Nuts & Bolts and will continue to do so in the future. You are now the manager. Almost no day goes by in that I do not see you behind that counter. And when I do so, I shall go in and say "Hello!". Your are friendly and a generally nice guy to be around with. I know how we have met. You talked to Jen and I just placed myself into that conversation. I firstly thought you didn't like me, but I can say that has changed. You are awfully young, which has really surprised me. I can not only imagine but see what negative side effects your age has. You are almost too young for this world. You lack of knowledge, which helps the older citizens around you to stay who they are. Your eyes speak of pain, but as only those betray you of what really lingers behind them, it's also an indicator of willpower and strength. What else to expect from a guy like you. I put it to your heart, use what you are, who you are as an opportunity. Where I have stated it being something negative, I also see potential. It will be a wasted one if you don't choose to be something. I cannot imagine your everyday life suffices you. And if so, if you are happy, I must respect that with a thorn in my side. + Now working along Jen, you seem to be doing better. I assume it's the work environment and a more purpose-filled job you hold. Although, I am unsure how the horrors of your work field will affect you in the future. + I have to add, you seem to manage. In the literal sense. You can do it. Don't let my critic intimidate you.
Thomas Schmidt
Mr. Schmidt. My fake German friend! The Bodyguard straight out of NYC. I consider you a close friend, we have been through some interesting things now. You are trustful, helpful, friendly, everything a best friend is and could be. There really isn't much to add to that, to you. You are doing what you like to do, straight forward. I shall assist you whenever you need assistance, in any matter. Stay who you are, I have learned to know you like that, I also learned that to be the best for you. My only advice to you: Do not always listen to your heart. The future is filled with fog, but you are already a leading light within. + What happend to you?
Matsumoto Ryoichi
Spies are, by nature and necessity, pathological liars who strive to make their endgames justify their meanness. You are a spy. You must be. Lurking around every corner, in the shadows, not saying a word, soaking up every word that is being said close to you, and always having a finger on the request device. It was clear when you reported a friend right in front of me for saying "Hello" in another language. You keep quiet and don't even greet, even hiding in plain sight, it makes you look lost. You have firstly gotten my attention in I-17, removing your armband for safety reasons and then hunting down other loyalists. You are a conflicted man. You are a shell with a mist of a previous life inside. Between us, Mutual respect and Recognition. Not a friend, not really a foe. I won't make any step towards you in changing that, but I wouldn't deny any step taken towards me.
Laura Pamlova
Pathy, I have firstly seen you working together with Cole inside a garage. You gave me some food and something to drink. It was around the time I have just arrived in 24. As I was strengthening my bonds with Cole, I have overheard some conversations with you and others. You then sometimes disappeared from the garage door, and my eyes spotted you all the way in City-8 again. I think you have been hanging around with Lucy and Ji. I visited the clinic to receive a bandage for a re-ed I have archived there and noticed you have been working there. For then, you appeared to be someone that really likes to help people. First in the slums, handing out supplies and then in a clinic, treating wounds. Back in 24 I noticed your help goes beyond of that of a standard citizen, you also helped the... Free-Citziens. On accident, I called you "Pathfinder" in the open streets, and I had no clue it was more a title than a nickname then. You told me it's basically your old life and to stop calling you that (Sorry for that). It was around the time I have opened my library. I had a few chances to spot you on the open streets and even in my library, for you then to vanish fully. It then took a bit to re-establish a connection. I think you knew that I was helping Cole until she died, supporting the slums. Maybe even knew it from others within your field of work. Our little conversations gave off hints in where you are poled at and vice versa. It didn't bother me, some time passing I found out more what you are up to. We occasionally clash together in the weirdest exchanges. I swear I can always spot the tip of your finger close to a trigger when you look at me, but I also believe that you trust my words in what I have told you in who I am and what I stand for. In general, you seem to trust me, and every time we see each other I try to make clear it's not wrongly put. We scratch on a mix between business people and something friend-ish, as I am always happy to see you doing well. After all, you are actually the third person I have ever spoken to in city-24. I am keen on knowing on what you are deeply doing on top of your business routine. I sense there is something more than just that, and it sounds righteous. You always leave hints. It's a dangerous game for me to play and a hard task to drown that urge to gather that knowledge. In my opinion, you don't seem to be in any wrong. But as in the past, that type of business is hard to control, just because someone can pay double the cash does not mean one should trade with someone with such cash. + I wonder where you are.
John Simon Maynard
A smart and long working worker. I am sorry that I had to move the interview 2 times. I cannot really say more as of yet. You are fairly new. Your first impression was rather positive, hold it like that, I have some reports that you already have started to settle a bit lower on your work time. Fine with me, but don't go from full to half this fast. I could see great things coming from you in the future. That what I have taught you already, you have taken into account pretty fast. Everyone needs a nudge into the right direction. I am not someone that is mad on two or three mistakes as you could tell. I am also wondering how many people already know you and calling you THE Maynard. What's up with that? + Vanished. Poof. But where to?
Randy Cole
A wet dream for any manager. High IQ and very long work hours from day 1. You started with 100% and continued with 200%. Combining functionality-, operative- and business orientated strategies. I can see you working in the manager department within the Siemens group. It's all a matter of time. Your efforts aren't unnoticed, as you already once could tell. My business trip currently occupies me too much. Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. Keep it up Randy. + Don’t work for recognition, but do work worthy of recognition. You earned my acknowledgement and with it, your promotion. +You are now working mainly for the CMU and for me part-time. Honestly, I see you more as a trust-worthy friend now than a worker due to you giving less shits than usual. I don't mind really, but your work quality shouldn't suffer from it. You are still very active, even with two jobs. I heard you are doing very good work within the CMU, congratulations on your promotion, and comparing that with the store, I can not deny that. I think it's normal, once you leave from a store you get out of that internship relationship...Even if you have returned. + You have become a bit of a comedian that uses his neagtive energy and turns it into jokes. You should maybe watch out a bit. From a friend to a friend eh? + I think you have learned. What you are now, is you. I am happy for you.

Anatoli Byko

I have firstly seen you in City 8. You told me something about chickens, I think I can remember. Anyway. We actually came more into contact when you have been working inside the CWU. Until you vanished? But it was all more superficial. You randomly popped up again, and I think it's because we just knew each other we approached each other on the same level. It was like a new bottle of wine. Set aside to age nicely, taken out at the right time to now have been opened into an instant enjoyable friendship. While we both basically have no real clue in who we are yet to each other, we just seem to get a long. I think our near-death experience have settled our bond. It taught me something. If you learn something for the first time, you never forget with whom and how you learned it. You have impregnated your name along those memories into my brain. We'll see what happens next when we bump into each other and when we do, it's with a smile.
Karsten Friedmann
The German Jewish wanted-to-have-a-quite-and-simple-life-but-met-elias old man. Karsten! You old house! My longest loyal employee and a best and trustworthy friend. It was just some days after I opened on triumph that you walked in. We have gone through so many things, they could do a television series about it. Helping me all the way on my journey with mental support, and advices. I am so sorry for putting all this weight on your shoulders. Next time, just pretend you are ancient and senile, and I wouldn't have done so! But, you seem to manage greatly. Don't worry, my friend. It'll change sooner or later, just hold out a bit longer! I have always tried to be there for you, although I have recently felt like I have lacked behind friendship-wise because of work. It's exactly what I tried not to get as promised. Work shouldn't change me. It didn't, but it did at the same time. I can trust you with all tasks I give you. You just have to stop stuttering things out so slow and speak straightly out. I am very thankful city-24 has gifted me with a one of a kind soul like you. God bless you. + Thank you for taking care of the Siemens Kaufhaus in Vienna. I'll see you on my next buisness trip!
Jack Knight
If you work hard enough, you can archive something. But working smart sometimes brings you further than just working hard. Knight is clearly seen working hard... and no one has the right to state otherwise. He is respected for that from all social classes, with that, from me too. It takes a special someone to have people under you. Don't be too nice or one will lose respect, don't be too mean, or they will revolt against you. It's really a small portion of society able to take a leading role. And that's fine. Everyone has their abilities in what they succeed better than others. So do leaders. Someone leading a Kindergarten shouldn't get the power to lead a Spartan army. But some leaders just really love to lead, so much, they want to lead more... And more... Knight appears to be one of those people. Or this is what one would see from the outside. I think, he just wants to succeed in his role as a leader and for that, everything under him needs to work flawlessly. But as mentioned, suddenly being put in charge of something you don't have a clue of, doesn't automatically mean one should lead it with the same energy. Speaking to him also feels like speaking to someone with Autism. (I have friends with Autism!) He might not do it on purpose, but his passive-aggressive appearance coupled with a more or less hard ruling fist specially towards people of a lower social class that also brings out rudeness and disinterest of suggestions tints his black suit with black spots. I have to closely watch every step, even if those steps are made from kilometers away and my binoculars have been taken away. + I have returned, even though the changes still make me mad, not everything seems to be that bad, time has to tell. + I am starting to think you either have something against me or in general against all stores. Now showing up for months, sending new demanding letters... What sort of scheme is this?
Bernard von Steiner
I am not sure what you do, or rather, I have no clue. I keep seeing you in the nexus, often next to Mulligan or taking a stroll on the streets. You seem reserved, but not in a bad way. I have no negative thing to say, nor have I heard anything negative about you. You know who I am and greet me, that's something. And if it isn't almost obvious by your name, you are german too. As usual, we'll see how things go. + Everyone seems to end up in the CMU at some point! Even though we have interacted way more, I am not one brain cell smarter of you than before. + Shed an awfully lot of light into my knowledge core, heh.
Jody Mayflower
You have been sent to the city around the time of the food crisis. I have then respectfully did some background searches but couldn't find out much. But I didn't need to. You told me basically everything you wanted to let me know. I think your second visit would have been my favorite. As you had then been healthier, way healthier. I am also thankful for the heads-up about Berlin which I then experienced myself months later. Even though you are Italian, it correlates oddly. Warm, cold, the people, the leadership... Anyway, it's rare to see someone in your position, A judging one, To be that great to the common folk. But I assume you look at people above me. I consider you a friend and am always happy to welcome you to where ever I am.
Leah Nilsson
You make very good food and complement to Ophie who usually did that alone for some time. You always seem very happy and a bit too enthusiastic. But that's alright, we lack people like you, you give the city a more diverse note. I hope your youngish mindset and eagerness nature won't get you into any bad situations, I can see people envy you because you don't seem as hurt and depressed as the usual folk, Heh. Keep that! + Sorry for not finishing our objectives sooner, maybe that could have prevented you in leaving. But it all was so fast? Where did you go?
Damarco Hikins
One of the "Old Guard" as I refer to the old management within the CWU back in their more appealing days. With Lacoste, Raymond and some others. You got the CWU-Syndrom. But at least you came back and made the correct choice. We both haven't clashed together as often in more private matters, but as one of the Old Guard, you are respected and instantly liked by me. You carve your own path within C-24. Let that be a smooth one, a decisive one. I'll see you out on the streets Damarco!
Tonio Di-Vecellio "Big Tony"
Also known as "Tiny T". Big his Ego,Tiny his spaghetti-.....-potions he used to serve when he was a shop owner for 10 times at least! He is like no other I know, a mix between a psychopath and a very stable human being. No in between. How he is allowed to touch people and attend some form of life prolonging measurements, is beyond me. Also beyond the straight walls of our city are his tendencies to hang out with a lot of slummers that make homosexual remarks like they are some form of poetic echolalia. Either way, he really stops me from thinking about business and gets my mind off the usual hustle and stress. There should be more like him. Maybe not as unhinged, as there only can be one Big Tony. I trust him, with my life. Thank you for being who you are, don't stop to be who you are. A friend. An artist. A dictator. A medic. Big Tony.
Felix Waltman
You are with a tiny amount of other people, one of my longest known people within 24. Back then, when you hired Erich Kühn in I-1 into Waltmart, he occasionally talked to me about it while we both lived within the slums. It was some time after that I met you personally, not exactly sure where, but I-1 was demolished, the slums have been changed, and I was running the library that then I have seen you moving into T-1 - Then on a big screen where you have been dragged off camera. For months, maybe half a year, passed for you to come back and tell me nothing happened. Everything is fine. Odd. You then made it back into business, but seemingly left it again. Turning yourself into a Tier-6 within seconds, one of my calibre could say, and now running the District as a DA. I am unsure what to think about you. I am hearing controversies left and right, you sometimes have that look in your eyes that care about you first, others second, those snake-ish eyes that could potentially poison someone. But I have yet to witness that if my judgment is misguided, already poisoned perhaps? You have been nice to me. Vice versa. I support you, I assume you do too. Your humor is way more advanced than I firstly thought. A great German-Jewish friendship! + I have no clue what really happend. Something about you leaving your post in the heat of the moment? You really just seemed bored in the end.
Gro'Ha "Boonie"
You started to work for me around the same time Zal'Tra did. You both seemed to be a good pair, adding to one another. Likewise, you have gained my respect. Nimble-witted, organized, righteous. And then, you have fell under the grudge that has been laid upon your kind. You turned more human. Disconnected from your Kin, but not like Heilag Vagga, Kura'Nar or Var'Ras to name a few, you have stayed Disconnected. Not only from your Kin, but also from me. A friend, a fellow Kin to you, Eliah'Siema. While it hurts me, I must accept it. I cannot fully grasp what is going on inside you. I can only imagine, and if I try, I would only end up imagining a very small part of what might be really going on inside of you. I am there for you whenever you need me. You know that. + Oldest Vort-Friend I had. Suddenly made a 180 turned to a new Vort and died. Parkour? I am missing Gro'Ha. But Boonie? I have lost touch with him. And it wasn't my fault.
It'Er
Ahhhr. Kallah'Keh, Like the Gladiators carried out Warrior-worthy battles within the Roman Empire. Rome, you as a Sha'Gani Warrior of the Ralsheck'Va follow in their footsteps. While Warriors often in human history depicted as dumb-ruthless war machines, barbarians, you certainly aren't. You have tried to teach me as much as you could about your language. You have let me follow the Path of Maweh as good as you could lead me. Furthermore, you have proven yourself to be a special Kin. Not like any other Kindred I have yet come across within 24. I respect you. Not less than anyone else, not more than anyone else. I am thankful for everything. My teacher, brother in arms and friend. Sha'Alatah.
Agatha Wolstenholme
The drugged Wurst - Agatha, where do I start. I hate you. But I also really enjoy you being around. That hate is more towards your double promise breaking. You seem really bored but at the same time, you don't. I think there aren't many that I trust that have terminal brain damage. Consider yourself lucky. It all started somewhere, and it'll end in something beautiful. Like your eyes or something. I feel like you are an off beat ticking time bomb. But bombs aren't always negative, there are glitter bombs... I hope we will work together stronger in the future. I think our mutual support paired with somewhat same goals and opinions makes us a perfect couple - In terms of partners - I mean, working friends ones. Sometimes I do think, whenever you want to drag me along, it could end in something deadly. Especially when drugs are involved. I don't know why you always want to give me some. I hope your plans work out, and I'll support you where I can.
William Dubois
Another New Store Owner with ambitions. Not really the right time to be a store owner. But you seem to manage. Literally. I support you. I consider you a mix between a colleague and a friend. You seem to be a cool guy, friendly, supportive. We didn't really dive deep into our psyches yet, but let's see what will come. I think you have a bit going on in secret as well. I saw and heard some things. + He's dead. How though? I heard you betrayed "everyone" because of a worm or something? Just tells me that everyone, even within our ranks, can turn to a maniac. Be vigilant. To everyone around you.
Josiah Turner
You have a lot in common with Knight. Only that Knight is a professional asshole. I assume you just hate people. Even though Ed does not agree, you really give off this kind of vibe. Going around ruining people's lives and no one can stop you because someone decided it was a superb Idea to hand you a purple armband. Maybe back then, you had been someone else. But once people get into the CCA, they aren't r re-evaluated unless they underperform or start beef with a fellow CCA member, other than that they are pretty much free to do whatever they want. I must say, I do find it funny that you call me "Kraut". Seemingly you still see heritage, I respect that. As normally we should all be the same Union Citizens. Listening in on conversations between you and people you like, you still are very posh, but without the asshole attitude to it. So, seemingly, you can be different. That re-education also showed me, you do things unconventionally and objectively, as that was just needed to satisfy yourself. It didn't serve any purpose than to satisfy you, and when it did, it was like nothing has happened. Autism?
Carrie "Cole" Phelps
Hey Cole. You had been one of my first friends in the slums and, with it, in City 24. I respected what you did, and you helped me in my first days in the city. You handed me some water and some food and informed me about how things go here. You also acted somewhat neutral next to the slum politics. You wanted to help, in general, and didn't really get your hands in black market business or such. A nice and caring person, with a sharp sense on who could be trusted or not. Firstly you ran that garage, then you had the whole homeless shelter up and running. Everyone knew you. You also had interest in many topics, especially fauna, I now have a book of you within my library. Your legacy carries on, every shelter that followed build upon yours. You inspired me to hand thousands of credits into the slums, in the form of supplies of any kind. You made sure it got to the people who needed it. As I didn't want to support thieves, muggers et cetera. I continued that, even after your death. It didn't have to end like that. I am not entirely sure how it happened, and especially why. But I heard you got stabbed. I'll carry your legacy on. You will not be forgotten for what you have done for me and hundreds of other citizens. You have escaped the horrors of this world, you are in a better place now. Goodbye Cole. We miss you.
Callum Crown
I think I have never known someone jumping the tier ladder within the collaborator party as fast as you. Honestly, it kinda pisses me off, but not because it was you, in general. Just some weeks after making it from Grey to Yellow, only to then jump to Blue, by my hand, and Green in the same timespan. This would not be possible if there hadn't been any changes to the system. You are also filling roles that are just opening left and right. I have begun in knowing you by you working for me back in C-24. We had been on the same frequency since then. It hasn't really changed. You are now busier than usual. Which makes sense. I am worried that you somehow will fall. And I don't even have a single situation that could back up my worry. It's something in the gut. I deeply hope I am wrong... Maybe it's because of you reminding me of someone that had been behaving the same in the beginning... Who knows. Anyway, glad to have you around. And even gladder to call you friend. Well met Herr Krone! + Now in the CCA, and even there you will go further. Respect where respect is due. All that with just 10% of the amount of work I have done. Yoow iu now remind me of someone working on Wallstreet. +Don't forget those who stand by you as friends. Is the Armband soaked in personality-altering substances? Cease mentioning this and that while joking around, or re-education? Suggesting I was to blame for an attack against you, when I actually defended you? Are you overwhelmed by the comparatively lighter load of the MOC's tasks? I'd advice to Approach friends on an equal footing. Don't forget who I am, even if you are around idiots. + Well... I said it would happen, it didn't have to. But it did. You messed around in things that are not within your field of work. And if so, you approached it all wrong. It's hard for me to say what I think of you. A mix between Tier 3 crown was a good friend and CCA Crown was nice to me, but an asshole to many others. In which my opinion, while not affecting me, turned into a more dislikeing one. I just hate why you had to turn like that and be like that. Why not be the man I met? There was no reason for you to change. The last credit fell.
Felix Pölking
Pölkönig. One of the few German Elites. Next to Heinrich, Johann and some few others (Rest in peace Alex), our heritage brings us together. It's the Kameradschaft that all we Germans have. Even if you are a bit young, your blood can't deny it. You'll have noticed it too, I can only hope - And I hope everything with you is okay. With you, I mean you. Your body. Your health. It is odd how often I hear you needing treatment. But I know that the CMRU is filled with capable hands & minds. You are a good doctor. That I have seen and heard. And I have never ever heard anything bad from anyone else about you. There isn't much more to us yet, really. We are not really in some higher friendship? But we are more than just acquaintances. Maybe that will change. But for now, keep on going, Awaiting each new day with open eyes. + It changed. More then just acquaintances now. Just. Don't die. It annoys me if people get closer to me and then die. It happens to often. Stop it. Heads up and continue. There is no surrender. + Did you try searching for an alternative with the Rebels? You made the wrong choice. You could have talked to me... Could have figured something out. You disappoint me.
Johann "Joe" Schnösselberg
Ahhhh Herr Jöhn Schnöselbund. Following into the Binder of German Elites (Rest in peace Alex), Mr. Schnösselberg himself. Not only have you proven to me, you are capable of whatever you wish to do, but you have also shown me, you have that comedic side and that side that does what he needs to do. You can put a wall between work and privacy. That's what got you so far. I see a friend in you. A fellow german. A collaborator. I can trust you and when in need, I'll help you. Let's watch out for another! + Where did you go?
Luca Carusso
Everything we are missing now is a Japanese person, and the triangle is complete. I forgot how we met. And I think we talked about how we met, and our conclusion was we forgot how we met. Anyway. I think you pretty much are the Raymond saint Albert for me now, what he was back then for me. And you couldn't have a clue what that means, because you don't know that guy. That's okay. Basically, you have entered the inner circle of close friends, and you did this, by you being you. You should really watch out, however. In two points. Flirting with everyone you see, and secondly, flirting with every female cop. I get it. You have that Italian-Venice Romantic touch. Speaking of touch...2 credi- But, you could really get yourself in trouble. And don't get me started on your humor. Fits mine like the long lost glove. But many others might not. Just a heads-up! + Have a good trip. If you die on your trip in Rome and not come back next year, I'll kill you! You'll get 50 extra pokes! No please, come back. But make your own impressions. Live a good one there. Arrivederci! Welcome back home. + You changed. I heard many say it. I say it too. Lets hope you get that new position and when you get that position you'll return to being who I met. As of yet,I am not really a fan.
Uwe Schulz
We germans are a bunch, huh? I met you on a bench back in City-24. I think you nodded to me and I said "Hello". Not only that, but I think I also gave you something? Likewise, I cannot remember anymore. A good amount of word exchanges happend. You are respectful, and come around as a down-to-earth guy. Not the guy who'd want to make a huge fuzz of something? You have then plopped up here and there. In the Metro, we went on some looting-runs... And it was odd how you kept a lot of useful stuff Hmmmmmm.... until you really got my attention when you ran for D.A! To be honest, I had few to zero hopes in you winning. I thought, you had no clue what the D.A does. And when trying to run for that position, it should be clear to know what a District Administrator does. Your fair share of open hatred towards Vittani was justified. I liked how we had been on the same wave regarding that and also, many of your ideas you'd wanted to implement as a D.A. Maybe now, you can run again, when ever you come back around, I haven't really seen you lately? Either way, I have mixed opinions about you. Maybe we haven't drunk an actual German beer together. Normally, between us Germans, it fixes most of our problems. + You have a Vote in the future.
Karl Haussen
The constant buzz of the city brought us together. Initially, I presumed you might turn into another boot-licking aspirant for the CCA, lacking consideration for others, looking down on those beneath you. To a certain extent, I was correct. Working for the so-called First Citizen could reflect that attitude onto you. You possess a distinctly German trait that led me to these assumptions: direct, efficient, focused on a clear objective.
I've always held great respect for the German approach. And if I'm not mistaken, you exemplify a German who would extend the same respect to a fellow countryman. You operate from a sense of camaraderie that stands apart from others, rooted in our shared heritage and a brotherhood of intellectuals. It traces back to the concept of fraternity, one that initiated our journey. I can see you. Up there. Even if you aren't as high now. You have laid the first bricks. + I am uncertain of your goals now. I provided you with the path that gets you there. I still have thoughts about you just forgeting about me. Maybe even turning against me. No disrespect, but it happend too often with me and yet, here I am, still believing. There is still more room up higher. Sky isn't even the limit anymore. Really hard to find people that are competent like yourself.
Kura'Nar
Next to some of your Kin, possible the most keen on Human knowledge. It somewhat suits your field of work. You have served the research department for a pretty long time now. While I am not very certain in what you do or what you have done, Hugh holds much respect for you, only a sign for me, that it is rightly put what I got and think of you. You have contributed to the library in the past in various ways, reading and submitting your own work. You are friendly, working and in general, a upstanding Citizen. I'd say we are a bit more then acquaintances. With each larger interaction, revealing more for us.

Aurelio Segreto

As usual, I'm not quite certain when we first encountered each other. You knew my name before we even engaged in conversation. You frequently appear in my field of view, and each time, you increasingly remind me of a fusion between Daniel and Luca. You possess that prankster aspect, yet there's also an attempt to follow a particular path. Although it seems more like a japanese drift track... well, it is a path. At this moment, I would say I can trust you to some extent. You don't strike me as someone who would betray another without just cause. In Egypt, we have helped each other pretty good. Without you, I think I would have lost a limb. Continue as you do, just try to... maybe not use a drift track... More a drag race kinda road.
Hugh Mattock
I have observed you being present for quite a considerable time. However, it wasn't until recently that I truly got to know you. We meet on occasions to expand upon what we have. It's akin to a small research project that sometimes gets diverted due to our individual tasks. You are exceptionally articulate, and I wish my English were as proficient as yours. Perhaps I could borrow some vocabulary from you, though I just need to remember them. Heh. I trust you, although I sense that your focus is primarily on research. I respect that, though. I also believe that you'd continue to research for any side, as long as you can carry it out... Without compromising your health. I doubt you would end my life for a research project, even if I were an ideal subject. Right? It took me by surprise when you selected me to join the expedition to catch that toad. It meant a great deal to me, and I hope I proved to be a helpful asset. I'm not mistaken in thinking you possess a clear sense of direction, knowing what you want and need, as well as what to anticipate from any situation. You're a researcher after all. Sometimes the "learn by doing" approach takes precedence over meticulously evaluating all possibilities. This sets you apart from the average Egg Head. I appreciate having you around. Around me, in the city, and especially in the research department. From a work environment perspective, I'm also content with your leadership of the department. I assume there's much more in store for us in the future. As for you, you're the one shaping the future to some degree. All in all, I think we somewhat have a "Kamerad-Tovarishch" relationship. That of pre-1941 times. + Safe travels Hugh. We'll see us, somewhere, sometime. Just say good bye next time.
Piofli Kennedy
A Worker is someone who works. You work. And it's that what I actually see you doing everytime. If you aren't running up to get your ration, you work. Doing a quick break in between shifts is the only way to attack you with a "Hello" outside of the warehouse. I feel however, that it is limiting you. I'm not suggesting you should abandon your current field, but it seems you've settled into a comfort zone. Perhaps expanding your focus could be beneficial? Eitherway, Pio. Cool to have you around. Make yourself stand out more if you want, hm? + Considering you a valid friend now. You have gotten more... open. In a positive way! + I'll make him pay. I am sorry I couldn't be there for you in your last moments. Was it maybe my fault? Could I have done more? We will see each other again. Not here. Where you are at. As long as I live, my reminder of you will let you live through me. I'm not sad. I'm happy - For that I have known you, for that I had the pleasure in meeting you. For what we together experienced. Good bye.
Dave McAllen
I'd be uncertain. Our initial encounter, our first conversation, could be distilled into "Semen, why are you so short? To suck cock while standing?" While passive aggression is among the most immature things I can envision, and it almost drives me to imagine filling your head with niners until it resembles a bowling ball, you promptly framed it as a form of humor. As I've mentioned, if I were 12 again, I might laugh at it. Yet, I'd be disingenuous if I didn't admit finding some amusement in it to some extent. It could have resulted from an unfortunate mix-up of information on my part.... As Rheas Lapdog, you come across as a renegade of the old world. Not the familiar rebel attempting to challenge the Union, but more so battling against yourself. Striving to embody someone who possibly isn't yourself. Your persistent attempts to get something from me merely pushed me further away. Putting that aside, though, I quickly recognized you as a man who is making an effort. Whenever I catch sight of you, I have to smirk. It's not because I think you are a clown, but because I discern qualities within you that have faded in the new world. You stand out. You're not a copy-paste citizen. I like that. I hope to witness you discovering what you're searching for. I can extend my assistance only to the extent that it doesn't compromise my integrity. Time will tell.... + I somewhat misjudged you. You either genuinely sought help, or it was all fabrication. Your manipulative behavior is evident. I'm fortunate to have started in knowing you, especially as it was close to your demise. Targeting the vulnerable for your manipulations. I'm relieved not to be a female, as I'd likely be subjected to your unwanted advances.
Artemis
Next to the Union and Civil Protection, I was the only one who knew your real name. We haven't met just yesterday either. Long ago... Different times. Crossing our paths, it looked fruitful. The problem I quickly saw was identity safekeeping, jumping to some conclusions too fast, handling with less care. I'd say you're your average untrained drug dealer. But you weren't a drug dealer. A businessman. Still without drugs. A man who I thought could be my key to getting in touch with the people I lost connections with down below. All while doing so, building our relationship too. You seemed to have the right goal in mind. You looked like a guy who'd learn from mistakes. Then, you left me. With the promised contact never to arrive. Where did you go? I saw you enter the depths below the Nexus. I am not sure if you are dead... I just began to like you. + You are... Fuck.
Laura Maxwell
Pretty young. Not only is it clearly visible that you are young, but how you act, talk. You have that energy in you that many have lost. Someone who is naive, uncautios, too friendly to everything... Just innocent. I wish you could stay the way you are. But reality will hit you at one point of another. While I try not to teach you this lesson, I morely try to protect you a bit. Even if you are sometimes annoying. I am sorry for forgetting your name when we met more then a few times. It's nice seeing you around. You being so jumpy just didn't let us get to know each other better, heh, that's fine.
Aleksandr Yurievich
A blind man. A blind man with a vision. How can someone possess such influence, yet be devoid of it simultaneously? A man of intrigue, I find you captivating. You carry an air of mystery. I yearn to uncover more about you. You're in such close proximity, yet so distant. Much like your own shadow. You're present, yet absent. A continuous presence lurking around corners. Indeed... I'm more then certain you're aware of me. I'm less certain of your awareness of my capabilities. I'm aware that you possess a fraction of that knowledge. Otherwise, I wouldn't be where I would be. What underlies your plan? The Binder? What aspirations guide you? Could your focus be so intense that you're missing broader perspectives? Is it possible that your dedication might obstruct your success? What do you think of me? What do I even want from you? You are causing me a headache everytime I see or hear about you. When we speak, you sound not interested. You can't just be another copy paste higher up. There must be more to you. + I am starting to make a picture. I think within you, it's only you. And those who you think about, are those who you need to get things done, for whatever that may be. You do your work. But you behave like a old senile man doing so. You are not working together with the party, not even with me. What are you even doing in a collaborator party if you are not collaborating with the collaborators? You'd be a better concentration camp leader. Think about it. Doesn't care about the people and just superficially holds together a group without the care of what they think. Is being left alone mostly and just has a basic sets of orders that have to be done. Can't see the difference in your work now and that. Change my mind. Asap.

Rhea "Vero" Ilyava

Young. Incredibly beautiful. Intelligent. Self-motivated. Eager to learn and inquisitive. Persistent and consistent. Dead. ... Dead? What? What am I hearing? I've taken every measure to prevent that outcome. The likelihood was almost nonexistent. It's nonexistent. This can't be true. Am I confusing information again? I'll start my investigation anew, from scratch. I won't let something like this slip past me. I genuinely like you. I had a smile on me everytime I saw you. I hope you sensed that. I already called Dave a lucky basterd. Our conversations brought me joy. And I want to continue them in the future. Could it have been fueled by envy? Envy of who you are? Was someone determined to keep you eternally? Dave?... No. It couldn't be. What happend? + Well Vero? Now we had our talk and I am deeply thankful for trusting me. And now you are gone again. It was Dave the first time who killed you. But who.. or why... now? + I have no clue what happend. You came and you left. Doesn't make sense. Now Luca is whining my ears full. This is bullshit.
Grant Pressman
I didn't know. I didn't sense it. Your signals just had no input. Lights on. No one home. It looked fine from a far outside view. You had work. Income. Friends. You should have approached me. I couldn't have known. How could I? It happend. It happens... It will happen. You had done what many are too weak for. Yes, there are other ways. But in the end, you have decided. You had the free will many have not. As a human, it takes a special kind of courage to spread your wings and refuse the limits by gravity. Bravely marching into the dark forever takes men, and we owe them every achievement. We will see us again Grant.
Arthur Eastgate
Arthur, gate of eastern american morn, No need to hide, no need to mourn. In boldness, his presence is shown, The eastest gate, a power to own.
It saddens me. You have given so much and received so little. Your character is tainted; you aren't who you once were. You cannot even believe my words I think; you just listen. You shouldn't feel setback. It is the courage to continue that counts. There is a flame in you. I strongly believe many others would have chosen another way out. I haven't seen you in a bit. I hope you are doing okay. Even though, I feel like, we have lost each other.

Tier 4 Loyalist Library Employee Rolande.
On a busy work day, an Officer came in and trusted me to take care of you. That I did. I got you "a position within the DoB" as well employed you into the library. You are now my fifth employee. You took the counter for some minutes and handled customers. By distracting them from leaving. Maybe it was the snacks I put on the counter. Who knows. I await great things from you and every secret I tell you I can say with all honesty, will be kept with you. You can't be more loyal than that.

PS. Hey guys, will edit from time to time now. Do comment if you want to be included* in the Relationship part.
*A heads-up: I will only add someone to the relationships, if I have interacted with them for so much, I can form a qualitative opinion. This has to go beyond the usual small-talk. I don't want to add people and write 2 sentences that they are nice in saying hello and bye and that they wear a cool hat. I'll mark these comments with a "🎨" Symbol.
Exclusion
from this rule are people who I have heard a lot from, but not necessarily spoken too with yet. This opinion, however, does not uphold the same quality as a more personal one.
