Doc: You're a dreamer, hun. No matter what they throw at you, you'll never give up on those dreams. If anyone in the slums had a fraction of your drive, we wouldn't have to worry about the Union anymore.
The Resistance: I've been relocated a lot, and these guys always vary. Some are heroes, most are idiots, and the others are aimless. Here in Twenty-Four, I dunno. They don't seem to know what they're doing. But then again, neither do I really.
Civil Protection: I don't hate them. Why would I? They're just doing their jobs, and a sizable chunk of them don't play too much into the tyrannical dictator aspect. Unlike their cyborg counterparts, they tend to surrender when things start to look really bad.
The Union: Fighting them is a losing battle, sure. It also technically wasn't them who ended the world in the first place, sure. They might've 'saved' us when our governments were collapsing and the world was ending, but at what cost? Our freedoms. Our methods of expression. Our thoughts. Everything. I'll never hold my wife or daughter again. How can I forgive that?
