<:: ACCESSING RECORDING - - - "Project Sól" ::>
You hear the audio recording fizzle in to the sound of a speaker, the microphone picks up the voices of two males, one speaking with a Danish accent, the other speaking with an American accent through the digital noise.

**The Recording begins, the sound of a phone is heard ringing, and then being answered.**

"Its nearly midnight, what do you need?"

<:: "Apologies for the late call sir, we've received a request. A rather...not-so-hidden S.O.S message if you will." ::>

"From who?"

<:: "Geneva, Sir. Its-" ::>

"The Blizzard, of course it is. They should have never approved PISA, everyone knows that challenging nature is a plan for disaster."

<:: "Of course sir, but Mulligan is requesting material aid. I've taken the liberty of inquiring with the Manufacturing Division Board and the Civil Worker Director beforehand about the validity of a...possible material diversion. Both entities concur that the diversion is viable and will only be a minor setback in the statistics." ::>

"...Hm."

<:: "Sir?" ::>

"Is it ready?"

**A sigh is heard over the phone.**
<:: "Sir, you need to be more specific, we have about a dozen 'ITs', the last 'IT' you asked me about was the one about exploding-" ::>

"Stop talking, we don't talk about the toilet incident. Sol, did the Research Division say it is ready?"

<:: "Well..." ::>
**Some unintelligble conversation is heard in the background.**

<:: "No, sir. The Research Division has yet to finish development. The Goldhed Barrens have been seeing an increase in Antlion attacks, the MAA Battalion is still being organized as well." ::>

"..Very well then, we shall kill two problems with one stone, or in this case one project. Let Mulligan know he'll be getting his aid. Send the components of Sol to Geneva, inform both the Administration and their Bureau of Research and Innovation."

<:: "Of course, Administrator Kofold." ::>

**An audible click of a phone being put down, the call, and the recording, has ended.**
