ESIC Millitarists and Reformists

Ever since the map change these guys never showed up even for a second. I was so excited to see new Rebel factions and I was under the impression that Rebel RP would thrive.
But no the Rebel RP on the map has been lackluster to the point that I stopped using my Rebel affiliated character due to how boring it has become. Inlore these groups would have definitly appeared by now.

We're aiming to see how long we can go without needing any event factions, both on the side of Combine and rebels. That's why they haven't shown up, that and because ESIC is on its way out the door.

ESIC is basically just a ghost... its been dead for a while
