Implemented Extra Vort Customization

I think Vortigaunts look too similar and are virtually unidentifiable without reading their description, and it's kind of a shame since there are a lot of good vortigaunt characters that just sorta blend together and look very bland.

In the Vortigaunt megathread, it's clarified to us that vorts can have yellow, purple, and blue eyes (if I remember correctly), and that their skin tone can deepen with purple based on their exposure to the Vortessence. It also becomes wrinklier and rashier the older the vort gets.

Proposal to add more Vort skins that look different, as well as implement eye color selection for vorts.

Optionally, reduce the prices and resource costs of Vortigaunt clothing, or allow vorts to choose extra clothes to start with, like citizens can.

this is the only server I've ever been on with large amounts of customisation options for vortigaunts

they're already gonna add in different skin tones

Customisation for the eyes and biological features is fine honestly, but as a slave race clothes should cost a lot more than human apparel for you to purchase. It makes no sense that you'd have all these different clothing items especially as a vort, you don't really wear clothes? it's a rarity to find clothed vorts in the games. Most of the time they're as they were on their home world, naked. Lucky to even have the option of vort clothes now really.

This is already on our backlogs to be implemented for all the vort skin tones and eyes colours.

As for clothing pricing, I can go ahead and review the costs and see if they are either too expensive or not. Though, there are some starter clothes for vorts in crafting for a mere few pieces of cloth for example. Though you can't wear them until your shackles are gone I do believe, may be wrong.

Skins were going to be done at some point before @Fruity was distracted by other concerns.
Eyes are a good idea and they are likely more simple then Skins.

There might be more clothing items on the way. I saw someone posted a Vortigaunt with a plaid jacket.

Please spend developer/admin time on something more useful than vort customisation. There are already many options, and there are deep-rooted issues and holes currently in the server. Frankly, nobody but like 3 people will actually be effected by vort customisation.
