Extract & Implement more mask variety.

What is your suggestion?: Rip the CSGO Masks from the Legacy and implement them as either obtainable/craft-able masks for diversification to face wear.

Why is it worth adding?: Cool masks for Rebels and Deranged wrong'uns alike.

This is a serious server from my understanding. I don't think it would translate well to see Velkon.CA 3D glasses on citizens.
