Is it possible to commit Friendly Fire which full fills no PK criterions, hence putting the character on NLR while the character is part of the same group, is well connected to same characters as you and shares the same stashes with you.

Only rule here is no rule breaks.

I use precedent case #2 from my list

"PRECEDENTS OF ACCEPTED PK-APPEALS"

which i have summarized as:

Two rebels (A and B) were at the docks. Rebel A saw a point of interest and began walking towards it. Rebel B makes a copypasted /me of shooting Rebel A. Rebel A was shot under S2K condition until they were dead.

Result: Rebel B did not commit a roleplay action of equipping their weapons to kill Rebel A, which would have otherwise let Rebel A react. Furthermore, also because S2K was done on a person who was still in a typing condition. Therefore, the appeal was appealable with unrefundable NLR condition.

- The precedent implies if they didn't get to react, they can appeal for a NLR even if it happened outside of the city

So in this hypothethical scenario, i am killing my to have been friend this way and they'll make an appeal. Is it legit?

I end my turn.

Memes aside, this falls under the whole "bad faith" scenario regardless what happens during or post-fight
If neither party puts a claim of bad faith, then what? 🤔

In the precedent which was brought up, there was no case of bad faith.
The only difference in this hypothetical scenario being that A and B are very close as they are in the same group, have same connections and share same stashes.

I am thankful that you provided a take to this conversation.

Well to be completely honest, even if your friend appeals and doesn't claim bad faith, the admins are most likely to go down that route. It would also make sense to give a full refund and void the scenario alltogether unlike what you claimed in the 1st post where it would be a unrefundable NLR condition.

The rebel doing a copypaste /me and instantly shooting also reminds me of that OTA soldier that would use a binded /me to knock you out without allowing you to respond because he would instantly fucking hit you :angrycop: (There was a lot of anger about that I believe, been a while)

Fair point

I will award your answer the recognition of being valid in handling the first scenario, however not officially since it would require the PK judge's confirmation [ @NitroSky ]. However, this is sufficient enough to deserve an

On the other hand...

I am now going to activate precedent Case #1 to realize my objective of this thread.

I have summarized this as well in my

"PRECEDENTS OF ACCEPTED PK-APPEALS",

as follows:

Person A (citizen) was being mugged by Person B (rebel). Person A responded by trying to kick Person B in the groin. Person B shot and killed Person A, took their stuff and threw their body away.

Result: Kicking in the groin of a mugger is considered an act of self-defence, not an assault - therefore is PK appealable to the condition of unrefundable NLR if it lead to death.

- In other words, i am going to mug my former friend - they will try to kick me in the nuts and then will be gunned down.
It will have to happen in the city, as any deaths outside of the city fall under the PK clause.

idk kicking someone in the groin who is actively pointing a weapon at you sounds like you're just inviting your characters demise, shouldn't really be appealable.
