Appearance
Glasses usually adorn her slender face. She wears a blank expression at all times, making it hard to judge her emotions at any given moment. Her black hair is a stark contrast to her fair skin. A small button nose sits between two large pool-like eyes.
Personality
Fae is hard to read, rarely smiling or frowning for a prolonged period of time. To those who know her, she is a warm and inviting person, though to outsiders Fae can seem like a drone working their life away. She enjoys passing out gifts to those she deems enjoyable when ever she can, and is never shy about helping those who need it.
Selfless acts of charity and comradery follow Fae throughout the City District, though Fae holds a fierce hatred for those who she calls the 'Opposition' (Rebels and Dissidents). Even still, she would rather convert them to loyalty than have them harmed.

Fae's voice is small, soft and comforting, though she speaks clearly and with a purpose.
History
Fae's history is wrought with tragedy and hardship but this has not fazed her from working hard and motivates her to help others so they don't suffer such hardships.
Fae speaks openly about her life within the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and uses these stories as lessons to inform and teach others about the joys of the UNION.

Citizens - The people of this city are hard workers, though misguided sometimes. Not all of them truly see the grace of our situation as I do. Considerate people nonetheless.
Civil Protection - The backbone of the state. These men and women lay their lives on the line daily to ensure the peace is kept. I have personally witnessed their lives in jeopardy more than once. The Best of the Best.
Civil Services - Since joining the Civil Worker's Union, I have made the best for myself here. It has given me great opportunity to better myself and the lives of others. The CRU team keep this city safe from alien threats and I commend them for that. Though the CMU staff are rarely where they should be, playing with people's lives for a smoke break or a stroll into the filthy Reclaimed Zone....
Rebels - The opposition must be destroyed, either by re-entry into civilized life or with brute force. These so-called Rebels only do harm to the every day citizen, Mugging, robbing, and murdering. They are a breeding ground for gang activity. If only they could see the light of the UNION...
The White Doves - Your spotty ideology leads people to ruin. You are the cause of all the death in this district. You spread malediction and filth. If it weren't for you, this city would look like something from a story book. You will be cleansed from this place in time.
Vortigaunts - Filthy pests.

Lev Morozov @araskes - Lev is a man I rarely get to see around, but that's most likely just our schedules. The few times I have seen him, His character spoke very loudly. He's an honest and laid back man. I'll keep an eye on his Career for sure.
Vanessa Lee @Triviality - One of the few workers who actually shows up to her jobsite. We haven't interacted much, but I can tell she's got things more 'together' than her co-workers.
