I think there was some confusion here. Here's the ban message:

I can't find that anywhere in the rules.
I made sure to read over the whole new post RAD-X made. If I saw this in the rules, stated there, I wouldn't have done it. Ever. I'm on my last strike, and I've been doing a lot to turn myself around on WN and do well, but that ban message reason is just not in the rules. I make sure to walk a fine line.
I also wanted to add, my intent was not to sell out the group. I was trying to play both sides. If the ban is about my intentions, or my "faith" or what I was trying to do with the group, then it seems like it would make sense to ask me about that, or else you'd just be assuming my intention.
There was nothing in my group RP that indicated I was trying to sell out my group. I actually told almost all of them, except for the newest members who I didn't have a chance to yet because I was banned and recruited them just within that hour... I told just about everyone in my group that my character was an informant for CivPro. Yes, I actually told them. They knew.
I also discussed this angle of the group with an admin, and they didn't have an issue. We talked about it in length. I won't say their name. If they think it will make a difference to identify themselves, I'll let them. But even someone with the experience on staff in WN didn't seem to have an issue with any of the specific things I talked about with the group, at all, from the angle of using it as a sting operation and a "front" group, if I wanted to pursue that route. ICly my character was conflicted, and it was going both ways.
I mean, in that way, it just seems like a wrongful ban.
This ban reason wasn't stated in the rules, or else I wouldn't have done it. And my intention (faith) is also what is being questioned here, and it's in the logs of the conversations I had with other group members that this character was an informant, and was using *that* as a means to gather intel for the group. Not to sell them out. My own group members knew I was reporting certain things we did in order to gain more access to the CPs and the Nexus. They knew because I told them. It gave me an opportunity to learn about CivPro on the inside, and coordinate their countermoves, before our group even moves. Why couldn't this even be allowed to play out to prove that? This seems like guess work.
No one in my group had actually been sold out at this point, so there was no fact to the ban, anyway. Bad faith here is... not only not in the rules, it isn't even in the logs. It never happened. No one has been detained or amputated in my group. Hell, wanna hear something funny? The very second, and no joke, the second I was banned, I was flagging down a doctor to help one of our members who was injured get help in the CMRU. Why? Because I could tell they were new players, and I wasn't gonna exploit them like that. Literally they asked how to get medical help (and cheekily called the "Union's medical system socialist lol," it was a cute newb moment). That's a new player.
So I showed them the CMRU, told them how to ask for help. Told them of a rebel medic and their clinic, how to use it, where to use, who to talk to. That's it. That's what's in the logs: me helping me group. Not one instance of my group or any member being detained or amp'd because of my reporting that I had done of other rebels. The only people I brought it, one arrest, and one termination, were slummers who were not in my group, who I was encouraged to target, and who I never tried to recruit. Those are the only people that got the brunt end of Heinrich being an informant. I have done nothing but help my members. If anything, I was trying to protect them and use this informant status to gain an edge over all the other rebel groups. But ICly, my character was still on the fence. OOCly I feel terrible about the criminals he has reported (again no one in my group has been arrested or amp'd), but Heinrich is not an ICly nice person. Though he is loyal, and he cares about the people loyal to him. I'm not a huge OOC fan of Heinrich either, Kap, but that was just the character that formed, and he has his own compass than mine.
Also, another player spoke with an admin who was involved in the decision. That player told me, the admin told them (I am writing it out like that to show that it is just he-said-she-said until that admin provides input), that one of the major factors in their decision was that Heinrich was just 3 weeks old. What does that have to do with anything? Where is that in the rules? And why is quality RP and the character that could provide it restricted to an arbitrary timeline like age?
Personal Appeal:
Thanks for looking over this appeal. I really don't know what else to say. I wouldn't break the rules again after being on my last strike and putting so much work back into WN. I made sure to read over the new rules thoroughly so I wouldn't break them. And that ban reason is, nothing against Kap, just not stated in there (that I can see).
I mean, if there's a group of people, no matter how small, that want to see me banned again and never forgave me for my toxicity in the past, then maybe they could say something was implied in some rule. But even implying something off the rules... I just can't find even an implication. I can't find that in the rules looking at it right now, because it's absolutely not stated. But even then, I was playing the Combine as a double agent for my group, yet as a regular informant against others. Not tryin to brag, my group has it good - they get insider intel and I can deflect the CPs away from them. Heinrich still hasn't made up his mind who entirely to side with.
Look, I'm sorry I was a fucktard in the past. No, seriously. I thought I was gonna come on the community and troll it (yes @M!NT and @Goose you guys were right in the beginning, I just came here to troll and minge. I will admit it now. You were right to think I was toxic because I was. I'm sorry/). But then I fucking fell in love with this community and the revitalized HL2RP it brought from my late teen years, and I wanted to actually be a good person with my friends here.
Please. This is very stressful and oddly random. But I wanted to keep this appeal short and to the point. Please, please consider what the rules explicitly say and do not say, please consider what has (and more importantly) what has not factually happened, no one had been turned in for an arrest or amputation, or "sold out" to CPs in my group.
