The greaser subculture of both fashion and crime, has come to a city, finding residence in an alley near you.
Be they the working man, in his rough working leather, or a begging brother with some tattered denim, or even a veteran in his boots and jeans - the dress identifies them, it's the man and what makes him, that labels them.
United in class, united in poverty - a working class gang, men strong, in manual labor,
Banding together to watch each other's backs, and make a little money.
And it's all based in some hangout for the youths,
In the main populous street of the city, you'll come to find it's series of interconnected alleys, one such being 'Fat Cat Alley', home to a couple of distinctly greasy and yet well-fashioned men, hustling and thugging it's corners.
You hear an airy rumor it takes being a mere working man to get in, and some 'Little Caesar' is who to find for it,
An opportunity, for sure.

bdb is back to start another gang that hopefully lasts, this one is hopefully going to engage alot more people, and maintain a sense of realism in how the gang is both portrayed and comes up,
