Fedora and Harley Quinn Complaint

So, today I was playing the server and used one of the common voice commands that I have had no issue in the past with. I was at a work shift, chilling in line when I noticed I made it in time for the shift, so I used the cheer2 + combine voice command (For those who do not know, it makes you say "WOO HOO Combine!)

All was well, as I have done this before. And then, out of the blue for no reason, I got this warning

[AWarn3] You were warned by Homura Hirokumi for Unrelated Voice Commands (cheer1 + combine) while waiting for workshift - @Fedora

So, not only is this a false warning, as the voice commands are related, but he typed the wrong cheer command in the warning, showing he did not even care to look in the logs properly. I did cheer2 + combine, not cheer1.

When I tried to get in contact with the admins about this, I was totally brushed off. Fedora did not respond at all, instead @Harley Quinn took the effort of defending Fedora....By saying I can not contact admins for something admins did in the first place. Sure, what they saw in @ probably could look spammy but I can not send more than half a sentance in @ chat as it limits what you can type.

All Quinn said in defense of Fedoras false warning was

So, they are not even trying to put effort into defending him, just brushing me off. AND to top it off I an not even use @ to get help, they just brush me off.

The fact that this warning was given in the first place is just simply unhinged. And to top it off, they wont even let me talk to Fedora and talk about the false warning given.

My request to upper administration is simple, remove the warning and in the future take players needs more seriously

And to be clear, the main reason I am involving Quinn is that they defended Fedora and decided to not help me. I admit I should have put a little less @'s but still the warning should not be given in the first place and them defending it warrants me putting them here in the complaint

Okay, so I messed up what cheer it was, who cares? It was a mistake. You claim that you cheered for getting to the workshift in time, you coulda easily said "I made it time, yeah!" rather then "cheer2;combine" and /actcheer, it was un-necessary and decreases the roleplay quality within this server. VCs should be used when suitable, not for attention.

You go further on in OOC to say you are a "good player". Trying to make an issue out of a small warning and get people riled up. Let me show your record.

You have not improved as a player. You keep on breaking rules and acting mingey. There has been further reports that haven't been listed in the warns yet should have been. Such as you insulting staff members in the Network. I'm not going to deal with a player that is toxic nor has any respect for staff members. I tried showing respect to you once in the Network and a "Seriously, fuck you." was given to me. If you tried to be respectful, the Network would still have staff members inside who would be willing to help but due to yours and other people's attitudes, you caused mistrust and all Willard staff to leave.

Change your mindset as a player, you are not doing any good for the server, taking the smallest of proportions and blowing it up. Acting toxic and nasty towards those who try to geninunely help out. If you want me to take your player needs seriously, you need to start showing respect.

So you are claiming I did it for attention now, and saying it was un-necessary? The warning clearly states that it was for "Unrelated Voice Commands"

Yet, that is not the case. They are related. And I, as a player, have the ability to use what I deem worthy for this situation. Angel was glad to join the shift and I used a voice command that suited the situation. If I was saying "STRIDER!" Sure I would of course accept a warn as it would be unrelated to what was happening and mingy. But, instead of looking over the facts you and Quinn decided to ignore it and allow the false warning to stay.

You know for a FACT that I did not do plant ERP. I even made a warning appeal about that false warning, but admins stated I cant do anything and I will just have to deal with it as there is no official warning appeal format.

You KNOW I did not do that ERP shit, and yet try to use that as an example. Using a false warning as an excuse for your false warning, quite unhinged if I must say.

As for the metabaiting, that is the only real warning I ever got as it has evidence behind it. I did not fully know the rules at the time, but still I metabaited.

You can continue to try and detract from the situation, but we all know my cheer2 + Combine matched the situation. All I ask is you remove this false warning, and since you mentioned it, in addition to that warning you also remove plant ERP warning

Admins have to take some sort of accountability to their actions. I have proven to be a valuable asset to the community with my high quality RP. Yet, admins do not give me the time of day to address these issues.

Something needs to be done here. Some Admins seem to enjoy ruining a players reputation like this. They also seem to enjoy not listening to player base needs and wants. Some even are immature with matters pertaining to their complaints and frustrations.

Not defending anything here but time after time again I have heard of the poor quality of Willard Networks Administration and have witnessed it. Not saying the Administration is of complete poor quality as there are some redeeming features and great staff- however as a whole the weakest links bring them down.

Why should this be addressed? Servers are labeled for many things. Quality, staffing, etc.

To ensure the survival of Willard Networks the state of Administration should be reworked and retrained.

Exactly. I understand a LOT is on the plate when you are an admin, and something like a false warning may not be top priority. But it does matter, and should be addressed. Not just thrown away and act like you are in the right without looking into the actual context and logs

You are genuinely the stupidest individual I've ever dealt with. I don't understand how you think you are in the right, when the HOS and a CM gave you the warn. It's not 'abusing' my power for doing my job. You've proven time and time again to be a minge, and apparently it's only gotten worse since I've stepped down. It says right here in the logs you gave me the warn, not CM or HOS, so do not try to bring your failures as staff to the people who still are. The fact is simple, I did not do what you are accusing me of. You even said you messaged Redhot and he approved it, but there was no actual plant erp to begin with it is in fact your failure to check for logs, context, etc, when you handed out the false warn.
This false warn in turn is being used as evidence for what @Fedora did today, giving me another false warn when it was not in the slightest a " Unrelated Voice Commands" as proven by the evidence here.

Agreed, I'd just like THIS warning to be handled at the least. I'd like a full look at of the logs, the facts, and the context of that my character was in. I can show some context and facts right now to clear this up

Here is exactly where I was standing when I got in line.

I was fourth in line, and my character was excited to be in the shift. I said "Woo Hoo Combine!", and to back that excitement up, I exclaimed I was hyped to start working after I got inside the warehouse (If admins could pull that log out for me as well. I think I said "I cant wait to get to work!)

This shows my character was excited to work. This was in no way an "Un Related" voice command.
