Something needs to be done here. Some Admins seem to enjoy ruining a players reputation like this. They also seem to enjoy not listening to player base needs and wants. Some even are immature with matters pertaining to their complaints and frustrations.

Not defending anything here but time after time again I have heard of the poor quality of Willard Networks Administration and have witnessed it. Not saying the Administration is of complete poor quality as there are some redeeming features and great staff- however as a whole the weakest links bring them down.

Why should this be addressed? Servers are labeled for many things. Quality, staffing, etc.

To ensure the survival of Willard Networks the state of Administration should be reworked and retrained.

I love roleplay.

I have to agree here. I don't know this taptap guy personally, but every time he writes a suggestion or a complaint of any kind he gets reminded of this "ERP plant" incident in a scorning fashion, and by staff especially, as to completely devalue the actual content of whatever he posted. It's really something to think about when it comes to staffing quality.

We players want to be talked to and respected. I understand staff are stressed and have a lot of their plate but we need to be heard

For the record, we've seen no logs of the shit he was warned for, and most of the admin responses here have been somewhat unprofessional. It really does give an atmosphere of an elitist "group" rather than the staff team of a server.

Thats uh... Basically entirely gmod's admin team setup. Its never changed nor will it. But there are only different tiers of elitist. The really bad ones kill servers. However more managable is able to keep a server running. It doesn't matter though. Its how it always will be.

I can agree upon this. I myself got multiple warnings for things that was awfully minor and by pure inconvenience. Which will be appealed in future times. But it kinda proves the reputation it ruines.

Just my two cents, very neutral opinion.

I have been the victim (Please don't censor me) of a False Warn once that's administered by Neonity for me being snarky and sarcastic after an In-Character incident that involved his character being Re-Educated by my CP Unit. I've also noticed how Admins are just downright unprofessional when it comes to commenting or remarking on serious topics such as PK appeals and suggestions. This isn't just applicable to rank-and-file staff members, but even Community Managers as well. Of course, I'm not lashing out for the sake of attention.

Forums are generally a way better conduit for disputes, as demonstrated here. If you're satisfied with the warning being removed, are you willing to let us close this thread?

Walking down the street and hearing someone yell "WOO HOO! COMBINE!" really takes you out of the moment and breaks your immersion. I can see why the warning was issued, and I personally think it's more than valid, but the decision has already been made, so I think this thread should be closed right about now.

As for Staff Unprofessionalism, I personally have not witnessed any of it, but for those who have, I think a new, separate complaint thread should be made about it, rather than use this one.

I'd like the warning removed, yes, as it was a false warning in the first place. But before you close the thread I'd like some confirmation from the admin team that complaints will be taken more seriously in the future rather than dismissed and attacked
