1. What are your first impressions or thoughts?
Atmospheric. Might be bit confusing and boring at first, but after waiting for a whole day and the infestation still not subsiding, citizens should get a better grip on the situation.

2. What do you like about it?
The atmosphere and eerie silence of it.

3. What do you hate about it?
Nothing really, it's a cool arc...so far.

4. What do you believe can be improved for the next Arc when one arrives again?
Increase general citizen involvement, somehow.

5. Any closing thoughts or words?
Actual recommendations that might be suitable to this RP.
One, considering CWU got their hands all tied now, give relevant loyalists/authorities easier access to paper/paper pins. I envision that in a time where OCIN is down, NOTICE BOARDS AND INTERIORS SHOULD BE FILLED WITH OFFICIAL NOTICES AND MANDATES FOR THE CITIZENS TO READ. Imagine RDT wall be packed with notes! That would be awesome...
Second, hopefully this arc will allow player creativity with no immediate event faction'd repercussions. So it allows players to band together, or even let us shitty loyalists to have some initiative in this whole ordeal.

It's alright, although I'm scared we're alienating the Citizens/Loyalists in this.

2. What do you like about it?

I like the fact that Vort freeings could be done without so much as a ping, and that if CPs go down u won't know bc no ping.

3. What do you hate about it?

There's no Citizens RP to do.

4. What do you believe can be improved for the next Arc when one arrives again?

Don't alienate any of the factions. Make a well thought out plan before u start an arc. Too many instances in Willard have been of half-assed plans coming out and actively ruining people's fun. IF the server tries something like this again, make it a quicktime event. Perhaps OCIN will be down for like 1/2 hours due to something happening beforehand. Don't drag it out.
