What I liked: The map was a good choice, the use of Stormfox and the portal storm hovering ominously in the skybox looked cool. The propping was decent as well, not quite extravagant but it got the job done.
What I didn't like:
1. The >1 hr delay, the infrequent crashing,
2. The suits just relaying information, observing people and the off-hand browbeat. They might grow on me as the days progress, however.
3. CP players need to stop walking in and saying the 20 IQ take of "HUH? IS THIS THING DONE YET?", rather ensuring the protection of the interim-colony. I felt like we could've had an attack at any point out in the open and the units would /actstand 2 for a few seconds while they watched one of the Hank Beauregard-like's get lit up like a Christmas tree.
Suggestions: More involvement of the admin characters in the proceedings of the players, and the encouragement and opportunity for passive rp when the major events are over instead of shutting down the server entirely. You could delegate one or two of the GMs towards such if you're unable, perhaps to provide further exposition or a look into the insights of these suits.
