FEEDBACK OIL FOR OUR CITY PART II

Needed more music, but I think it went decent for an expo that was on low GM for quite a while.
I am sure a lot can be learnt from this, can't wait to see future improvements!

I'll be honest, there was little to no opportunity for rebs to sabotage or affect the outcome of this expedition. Maybe if like the expedition was extended by a day or there was more passive rp... but it was pretty decent

i appreciate the camp directors giving us orders and actually helping out, makes it easier for me to manage them. plus, i liked that we had to rebuild and reinforce the base, but at a more feasible level. definitely a massive improvement over the last cwu expo

Because the event was exclusively Combine-orientated, which meant that there were only ever two results: victory or failure. If sabotage were an option (which was nigh suicidal under the intense supervision of the CPs & CCA), rebels would've been more included from the get-go, IMO.

I lagged when walking and fell down an elevator shaft while a billion antlions were at the bottom
10/10 event

Decent expo. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and music. Just wish there would've been more threats and not just antlions. Other than that - Was cool.

8/10

Posted this in the thread for Day 1, but I'll repost here:

What I liked: The absolute chaos in the mines. I liked the map alot.

What I didn't like:

1.
I didn't like how short it was. Four days (oocly) and four nights would've been perfect.

2. The chaos was underwhelming. The stakes ended up not mattering because people aren't going to roleplay their injuries except for the very few. If you're able to, try to force something onto people so that there's lasting battle scars. Nobody died. Make it matter. I understand you may be restricted to handing out critical injuries, but this was an hive we went up against, bang some of these people up. Especially those who charged in forward with a pickaxe then fall into bleedout.

I saw the Baron in bleedout then once we pumped him full of medscripts, he got back up and wanted to go BACK at the hive. Didn't think that was realistic.

3. I thought there'd be a carefully crafted /eventtext at the end on how we all got back besides "okay guys you can go back to the main server now the expo's over, yippie! cue nightcall by kavinsky and the 70s disco song i forget the name of at the same time!".

4. There was no official departure from all the event characters as well. At least half an hour should've been spent to close out the story. It would've been nice if they gathered us all up and said their goodbyes to the people who they threw into the antlion grinder.

5. One of the event characters should've gone out like a badass and collapsed the mine along with his life for a tear-jerker moment.

6. The music; Good in some situations, inappropriate in others.

music, atmosphere, and overall very badass. I got to drive the CUT-V back to the city while drunk.

I'm currently going to gain some oil for our city. haha. apply citizen. oil for our city! woohoo.

Absolute banger scenery and design. Really liked the overall atmosphere and the unique encounters I've had.
