Things fell apart, got put back together.. and then someone put a rock on the gas pedal of a razor train and steam rolled my hope. But we recovered, I think.. I hope..

Please voice your feedback either here or in my DM's.. I want to hear everything.

:yudodis:

I said in discord we should have been PK'ed, thanks to Tengu for letting us live but the tactics we use could be improved severely.
Except of that it was a fun event and I enjoy it :D

I will say it right now, to start this out. I know I've told you in dms already, but please don't take any of this as your fault. The expo in idea was great. Rogues/Terrorists had taken over a checkpoint, and we were tasked with infiltrating it, spearheading through it and try to save the RL before anything could happen to them.

If you pitch this to anyone, they'd tell you this is a great event, and I think everyone can agree.

HOWEVER, Due to some actions you couldn't control, things went shit. I will list a few here.

- The Rebels were over-equipped.
Sure, we were given Riot armor for this event, and our lower ranked units were given MP7s. However, to fight people with the same amount of armor, and ARs, we definitely needed more.

- The Grenade spam.
To the Rebels that were involved, this is a part of the over-equipped part. However, the fact that there were *at least* 40 grenades thrown from what I saw personally, is absolutely insane.

- PK Hungry nature of the event-rebels.
This is not just a complaint of me, but one that many share. The fact Rebels had to be told to not loot the downed Civil Protection Units says everything. They ignored Tengu's instructions and orders, and only played to kill off characters.

Event Characters are here to enhance stories, to further player development. They are not here to end stories. I find it very disgraceful to the Rebel side of this server that this had to happen, and I'm sorry for anyone involved, from myself.

The fact that the rebel lead has to apologize for the rebel behavior is downgrading the rebel lead himself. I am requesting once more to enforce rebel specific rules on the rebel side, same as CivPro has their faction rules.

First of as one of the event rebels let me say, well done Tengu. Great concept, great planning, great map choice. I personally believe there could've been a bit more propping done, but apart from that I only hold one complaint which Tengu had no or very slight control over.

Yes, there were PK hungry event rebels. However, I wish to point out that this was not someone who currently even holds a rebel and plays more OTA and CP than any other faction. To state that it is the rebel factions fault is shameful, since most of the actual "full time" rebel players were the ones who eventuelly downgraded their gear upon seeing how difficult CPs were having it.

Tengu had in fact posted rules for us to follow, which some people had chosen to neglect, chasing after cops even as they retreated. It was shameful, but again nothing Tengu could have stopped.

For the future I advise you to do the following:
- Provide a little but more propping
- personally found there was a lack of music, this is personal preference though
- if you're going to have event rebels, try to only get actual gamemasters for it or players you know are capable of following directions
- pk mindblow

Overall, from what some friends have told me as well as what i saw personally very enjoyable expo. 8.5/10
