We did have everything set up for the whole day at the beginning, I was also present for the entire day until 3PM EST! Everything was fully prepared outside since ehh.. 6AM EST? We had plenty of time, but I'll keep it in mind next time! Thank you for your input! (I also don't know who removed the stalls after 3PM.)

I dunno. I showed up for the event right on time, manned the stall for an hour and the shopkeepers were the only ones left after the thing ended. Nobody stuck around for one reason or another.
