Here's a suggestion in the event that we do temporarily close to fix stuff

>Create a google form and put it in Announcements
>The google form would be a simple "What should we change?" or "What issues did you encounter?" style thing
>Someone will then take these results and put them into a spreadsheet.
>All posts are ordered by priority. Examples of factors to affect this would be: Frequency of that complaint, how much this affects, how game breaking is this, how much effort needs to go into getting around this issue until its fixed, whether or not this is a bug, was it promised if its a new/modified feature
>Make the spreadsheet publicly viewable


And, if staff don't wanna do this, I'll do it. In fact I'll help with it anyway


Edit: I know there's an old WN Concerns form pinned in gen-discussion. I'm not sure if that's even being monitored now, but if it is, this is different. Those were for staff meeting notes, this is for a public spreadsheet.


Edit 2: if you don't understand, I got this idea from the No Man's Sky feedback spreadsheet they made after their game's launch was fucked

Bored so I made this as an example
I also made a spreadsheet that makes it easier to log google forms answers. No idea why. If this suggestion's accepted, I can probably edit out the examples and give devs and management edit access

I'm going to use this as an excuse to talk about my own feedback.

The World Map was a great opportunity for action once rebels are active. Take advantage of it. I already had plans for using the world map and the areas displayed around C24, but I was told that there might be temporary blips that appear on the world map for people who check on it - and that it would be used to produce events. This is something that would actually be groundbreaking and fantastic to see utilized and rewards players for checking on the state of the world map by getting them access to premier events.

That was how it was going to be used. The server was just in such a state of almost constant instability (and the lack of a event server) meant that it could not be employed during that initial server period. Once the server goes up again and we hopefully stabilize, I fully intend to let players craft their own events alongside the Event Team's own events and go off on long and highly interesting adventures outside of the city roleplay server.
