SUBJECT: CWU RESOURCE SHORTAGE
DATE: 25/01/2020

Recent intelligence suggests that the C.W.U are experiencing a shortage of raw resources, as well as vinegar and flour. Flour & Vinegar is not able to be manufactured with the current fabricators in use, and the CWU are trying to contact the manufacturer in this matter.

Citizens & Slummers are selling their scavenged junk items to the workers union in under the table deals so that they can continue to meet quotas.

CONCLUSION: Continued shortages may require goods to be imported at a cost to the Administration, furthering their inability to pay off the debt owed to C13. Any attacks against the CWU and the CLC would quite likely hit a lot harder during this shortage. It would also be an embarrassment to the administration if news of this were to be released publicly.
