Implemented Fire Barrel Recipe Adjustment

@boots can confirm this, but the order of progression for heating is meant to be Campfire > Fire Barrel > Radiator and currently, the barrel is significantly more expensive than either of the other two. For reference.

Campfire Fire Barrel Radiator
6x Wooden Chippings 4x Wooden Chippings 4x Iron
4x Wood Stick 16x Iron 12x Scrap Metal
4x Charcoal 8x Screws

A radiator, which requires a furnace to be useful but can be bound in tandem with other radiators, requires 5 less iron and 20 less screws than the heating element that is meant to be inferior to it, and which is just a rusted metal barrel.

Additionally, the Radiator recipe requires a special part which is only craftable through a fabricator.
