The reason you were banned?: Rule 0
Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Hi, ill get to the point. Im currently banned because of several reasons such as pedophilic messages,racism, and questionable ethics. I deny all of these claims, and i have proof with it as well. The "evidence" that was presented was fabricated by a group from another server from Deep gaming, called "FC" .
I got into a fallout with people in this group, and i became a very hated figure there. They were trying to do anything to get me banned from the server, including harassment and humiliation. They did this with another group of people which is irrelevant as of now, but the point stands. Anyways, in these images theres messages of me talking about E-sex with underage people, which is not me. This stemmed from a discord server where several of us were playing schedule 1 and they set their pfp to my character and their name to Fishy in the discord, and said very questionable things to ""clipfarm"".
In another image where i posted a very questionable gif, i deny it completely as i never had the name fishy42000. its always been fishy3300 or a variant of it. There was also several cheating accusations due to me always killing them, Along with "evidence" where i sent a video which i will call "cp", and its the same thing. Fishy42000, which isnt me.
I deny all of this evidence, and all of these images were fabricated by this one group trying to get back at me for going against them on another server, along with an image of me saying the n word as a dvl called xray-0. I was never dvl on that server and never had the tagline xray 0. i was only xray 30 for the most of my time.
There was also claims about nebelous, another hl2rp server which i havent heard of before. Ive never played nebelous at all, so i dont really have anything to say about this apart from that its false. I spoke with atlassu along with a friend of mine, and he apologized for the false evidence and denied all of it. I was given permission by cengiz to appeal this ban today.
